Abstract: A 5th generation (5G) or a pre-5G communication system to support a higher data transmission rate than a system after a 4th generation (4G) communication system such as long-term evolution (LTE) is provided. A method of determining a carrier sense threshold by one source terminal in a wireless communication system is provided. The method includes identifying whether one or more interferer terminals and one or more destination terminals exist for one source terminal, and if the terminals exist, determining a carrier sense threshold of each of the one or more interferer terminals and the one or more destination terminals based on an interference intensity received from the one or more destination terminals and a feedback link margin.

A method for operating a terminal in a wireless communication system is provided which includes receiving downlink data from a base station; performing listen-before-talk (LBT) for uplink transmission; transmitting a first reservation signal based on an end timing of the LBT and a subframe boundary; and transmitting uplink data to the base station based on the subframe boundary.

Abstract: Provided is a method and apparatus for performing a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) handoff through coordination in a wireless communication system. A first access point (AP) device that transmits a first Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) advertising packet sets a transmission period identically for the first BLE advertising packet and a second BLE advertising packet, determines transmission timings of the first BLE advertising packet and the second BLE advertising packet, transmits a setting message comprising information about the set transmission period of the second BLE advertising packet and information about the determined transmission timing of the second BLE advertising packet to the second AP device, transmits the first BLE advertising packet to a terminal, and performs a WiFi connection with the terminal, based on a determination by the terminal.

According to various embodiments of the present disclosure, a terminal operation method in a wireless communication system comprises the steps of: identifying a primary anchor carrier among a plurality of anchor carriers used by a base station; and receiving an information signal (IS) from the base station through the identified primary anchor carrier, wherein the primary anchor carrier can be continuously maintained in order to receive the IS from the base station.

Abstract: Provided is a method of occupying a channel in a wireless communication system that supports an unlicensed band. The method comprising detecting an earlier point among a first point at which transmission of a first subframe in a first channel is completed and a second point at which a busy state of a second channel is terminated. The method further comprising determining a type of a second subframe based on at least one of a result of the detecting or first transmit power for the first channel, transmitting the second subframe of the determined type in the first channel after transmission of the first subframe is completed, and transmitting a third subframe in the first channel and a fourth subframe in the second channel, after transmission of the second subframe is completed.
