At least one message is displayed and selected by a user for a further operation. Attribute information of the selected message is checked in a message history database. Based on the checked attribute information, a message related to the selected message is displayed. The selected message may be a previously marked message and the related message may be an unmarked message.

摘要: An object control method and apparatus of the user device using hovering gestures are provided. The object control method includes displaying at least one object on a display screen, detecting a multi-finger hovering gesture for selecting the object on the display screen, activating a camera upon detection of the multi-finger hovering gesture, recognizing a hand in a picture input through the camera, and entering, when the hand disappears out of a viewing angle of the camera, a file transfer standby state for transmitting the selected object.

摘要: An electronic device includes: at least one memory storing instructions; at least one sensor; a display; a communication circuitry; and at least one processor operatively connected to the at least one memory, the at least one sensor, the display, and the communication circuitry, wherein the at least one processor is configured to execute the instructions to: receive a touch input contacted on the display; identify that a variance of a posture of the electronic device is lower than a threshold value; transmit, to one earbud through the communication circuitry, a signal to request second data about a posture of the at least one earbud; receive the second data; obtain a reference angle; identify a difference between third data about the posture of the electronic device, display a screen, through the display, with a first brightness or display the screen with a second brightness different from the first brightness.

摘要: To manufacture an integrated circuit (IC) device, a lower structure having a step structure defining a trench is prepared. A material film is formed inside the trench. To form a material film, a first precursor including a first central element and a first ligand having a first size is supplied onto a lower structure to form a first chemisorbed layer of the first precursor on the lower structure. A second precursor including a second central element and a second ligand having a second size less than the first size is supplied onto a resultant structure including the first chemisorbed layer to form a second chemisorbed layer of the second precursor on the lower structure. A reactive gas is supplied to the first chemisorbed layer and the second chemisorbed layer.
