Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a transmitter device may determine a completion of a handover or a radio link failure after transmitting a set of physical data units (PDUs). The transmitter device may retransmit a PDU, of the set of PDUs, after completion of the handover or the radio link failure to enable decompression of the set of PDUs. A receiver device may receive the retransmitted PDU. The receiver device may decompress the set of PDUs based at least in part on receiving the retransmitted PDU. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described herein for managing uplink communication activities of a wireless communication device associated with a first subscription and a second subscription. First, a trigger event related to de-sensing of the first subscription by the second subscription is detected. The wireless communication device refrains from requesting uplink (UL) grants for the second subscription from a network for the second subscription in response to detecting the trigger event.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for prioritizing data packets when stateful compression is enabled for wireless communications is disclosed. For example, the aspects include receiving a plurality of data packets scheduled in a first order for transmission. The described aspects further include prioritizing one or more data packets of the plurality of data packets as one or more prioritized data packets, each prioritized data packet being scheduled in an order for transmission different from the first order for transmission. The described aspects further include compressing one or more unprioritized data packets of the plurality of data packets into one or more compressed unprioritized data packets. The described aspects further include scheduling the one or more prioritized data packets and the one or more compressed unprioritized data packets in a second order for transmission, the second order differing from the first order.

In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may determine a limit on a number of resource blocks (RBs) permitted to be used for a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) transmission by the UE; may determine, based at least in part on the limit, one or more parameters for the V2X transmission, wherein the one or more parameters include at least one of a modulation and coding scheme (MCS) for the V2X transmission, a number of transport blocks (TBs) for the V2X transmission, a number of RBs per TB for the V2X transmission, or a retransmission configuration for the V2X transmission; and may transmit the V2X transmission based at least in part on the one or more parameters. Abstract: A method, apparatus, and computer-readable medium at a transmitting user equipment (UE) in a distributed cellular vehicle-to-everything environment are disclosed to determine a schedule for transmissions on subchannels of multiple frequencies based on a set of UE-specific, dynamic, and performance related metrics or criteria. The metrics may include an estimated number of users on a subchannel, a best-bandwidth fit, channel loading conditions, transmission range, and quality requirements of an application, among others. Such a schedule for transmissions on subchannels of multiple frequencies may result in either an improved capacity utilization, an improved communication quality, or both.
