摘要: A battery having a protective isolation structure is disclosed comprising a first current collecting layer, a first active material layer, a spacer layer, a first glue frame, a second active material and a second current collecting layer. The first active material layer is disposed on the first current collecting layer. The spacer layer is disposed on the first active material layer. The area of the spacer layer is smaller than the area of the first active material layer so that a part of the first active material layer is exposed outside the spacer layer. The first glue frame is covering the top surface of the first active material layer exposed from the spacer layer and has a protrusion disposed on the surface of the spacer layer. The second active material layer is disposed on the surface of the spacer layer and the protrusion. The second current collecting layer is disposed on the second active material layer.

摘要: A thermal runaway suppression element, adapted for a lithium battery having an electrochemical reaction system. The thermal runaway suppression element includes: a passivation composition supplier, having a metal ion and an aluminum etching ion; and a polar solution supplier, configured to release a polar solvent to carry the metal ion and the aluminum etching ion to an aluminum current collector of the lithium battery. The aluminum current collector is configured to be etched by the aluminum etching ion to provide an aluminum ion. The metal ion and the aluminum ion are carried by the polar solvent to the electrochemical reaction system to terminate an electrochemical reaction.

摘要: The present application provides a package structure for a chemical system, which comprises an inner glue frame and a first outer glue frame. The inner glue frame forms an accommodating space for accommodating a chemical system. The first outer glue frame is further disposed outside the inner glue frame and used for isolating the ambient environment and thus avoiding the influence of the ambient environment on the chemical system. A second outer glue frame is further disposed for avoiding damages such as side bumps and falls of the chemical system or contact with foreign metals. Thereby, the performance of the chemical system can be maintained.

摘要: The invention provides a contact surface adjusting material for solid electrolytes and composite electrolyte system thereof. The contact surface adjusting material is mainly composed of a polymer base material, which is capable of allowing metal ions to move inside the material, and an additive, which is capable of dissociating metal salts and is served as a plasticizer. The contact surface adjusting material is applied to a surface of the solid electrolytes to construct a face-to-face transmission mode. Therefore, the problems of the high resistances caused by the directly contact of the solid electrolytes are eliminated.

摘要: A lithium metal electrode and its related lithium metal battery is disclosed in the present invention. The lithium metal electrode comprises a current collector, a porous electrical insulation layer, an ionic diffusion layer and a lithium metal layer. The porous electrical insulation layer comprises an insulation layer having larger through holes and an inhibition layer having smaller through holes. The current collector is disposed on one side of the insulation layer and the inhibition layer is disposed on another side of the insulation layer. The lithium dendrites will mostly plate in the through holes of the insulation layer and will not plate upwards due to the inhibition layer. Hence, the lithium dendrites will not penetrate through the electrical insulator so that the safety of the lithium metal battery can be improved greatly.

摘要: The invention provides a battery module with cooling cartridge and battery system thereof. The cooling cartridge is utilized to be disposed between the battery units stacked in a single axis. The supporting portion of the cooling cartridge is directly contacted in a large area to the current collecting sheet of the battery unit. And the wing portions, extended from the two sides of the supporting portion, are directly contacted to the inner sidewalls of the metal housing. Therefore, a large-area heat dissipating path for the battery cell is provided, and the performance and stability of the battery cell are greatly improved.

摘要: A flexible printed circuit board includes a substrate that is made of a non-metal; a first modified silicone cured layer that is provided on and in contact with the substrate and that includes a first silicone material that is cured; a metal layer that is made of at least one metal; a second modified silicone cured layer that is provided on and in contact with the metal layer and that includes a second silicone material that is cured; and a silicone adhesive layer disposed between and in contact with the first modified silicone cured layer and the second modified silicone cured layer and that includes an adhesive silicone material that is cured by being thermally polymerized after lamination thereof between the first modified silicone cured layer and the second modified silicone cured layer. Lamination of the cured modified-silicone-coated substrate and the cured modified-silicone-coated metal layer with the silicone adhesive layer improves adhesion and reduces delamination.

摘要: A package structure and its related electricity supply system are disclosed. Two substrates of the package structure are directly or indirectly served as current collectors of the electricity supply system. The sealing frame of the package structure is made of several silicone layers having high moisture-resistance and/or high gas-resistance. Hence, the package structure mentioned may not only provide a novel electrical conduction module to lower the intrinsic impedance of the electricity supply system itself but prevent the moisture and the gas outward from the electricity supply unit inside the package structure as well. Consequently, the electrical performance and safety of the electricity supply system are both improved.
