Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator, a deceleration mechanism connected to the motor shaft, an output shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a deceleration mechanism case. The first bearing is fitted on an eccentric axis part of the motor shaft. The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape, an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part, and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a case body and a cup member. The cup member includes a first cylinder part to which the internal gear is fitted on the radial-direction inner side, and a second cylinder part to which the second bearing is fitted on the radial-direction inner side.

Abstract: One aspect of an electric actuator of the disclosure includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotating about a central axis; a speed reduction mechanism connected to a portion on one side in an axial direction of the motor shaft; a case accommodating the motor and the speed reduction mechanism; an output part to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted via the speed reduction mechanism; a rotation detector having a rotation sensor detecting rotation of the output part; and a wiring member electrically connected with the rotation sensor. The case has a first concave part located on an outer surface of the case. One end part of the wiring member penetrates the case from inside the case and protrudes inside the first concave part. The rotation sensor is located inside the first concave part and connected with one end part of the wiring member.

Abstract: An electric actuator includes: a motor part, having a motor shaft that extends in an axial direction and is rotated in both directions; a deceleration mechanism, connected to the motor shaft; a circuit board, electrically connected to the motor part; an output part, having an output shaft to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted through the deceleration mechanism; a sensor magnet, attached to the motor shaft; and a motor part sensor, detecting a magnetic field of the sensor magnet and detecting rotation of the motor shaft. The motor part has a rotor magnet that is fixed to the motor shaft. The rotor magnet and the sensor magnet each have multiple magnetic poles in a circumferential direction around the motor shaft. The magnetic poles of the rotor magnet and the magnetic poles of the sensor magnet are disposed to be shifted from each other in the circumferential direction.

The deceleration mechanism case includes a plurality of gear supporting parts which support an end surface of the internal gear facing one axial-direction side and which are disposed in a circumferential direction with intervals from one another.

The output shaft extends in the axial direction of the motor shaft. The housing has a housing main body with a polygonal shape when seen in the axial direction. The motor shaft and the output shaft are disposed to be arranged along a diagonal line of the housing main body when seen in the axial direction. The output shaft is disposed on a corner portion of the housing main body when seen in the axial direction.

Abstract: An electric actuator includes: a motor unit that has a motor shaft and a rotor main body; a speed reducer; a circuit board; an output section; a detection target section; a motor unit sensor; a preload member; and a support section. The motor shaft passes through a through-hole and penetrates through the circuit board in an axial direction. The detection target section is attached to a portion, which protrudes to one side in the axial direction beyond the circuit board, of the motor shaft. The detection target section faces a surface of the circuit board via a gap. The motor unit sensor is fixed to a portion, which faces the detection target section via a gap, of a surface of the circuit board. The preload member applies a preload to the motor shaft toward the other side in the axial direction and presses the motor shaft against the support section.

Abstract: An electric actuator for rotating a driven shaft is provided, and includes: a motor unit, a speed reducer, a circuit board and an output section. A motor shaft of the motor unit and an output shaft of the output section are disposed apart from each other in a radial direction of the motor shaft. A rotor main body of the motor unit is fixed to a portion on the other side of the motor shaft in the axial direction. The output shaft has a cylindrical shape extending in the axial direction of the motor shaft and having an opening section on the other side in the axial direction. The driven shaft is inserted and connected to the output shaft via the opening section from the other side in the axial direction. The output shaft is disposed at a position overlapping the rotor main body in the radial direction.
