    Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor, a speed reduction mechanism, a case, an output portion, a first board, a rotation detection device that detects rotation of the output portion, a connector portion, a first wiring member electrically connected to electrical wiring via the connector portion, and a second wiring member electrically connected to the rotation detection device. The case includes a first case and a second case. The first board is accommodated in the first case. The rotation detection device is accommodated in the second case. The first wiring member includes a first connecting portion held in the first case. The second wiring member includes a second connecting portion held in the second case. The first connecting portion is exposed on one side in the axial direction of the first case. The second connecting portion is exposed on the other side in the axial direction of the second case.

    Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator, a deceleration mechanism connected to the motor shaft, an output shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, and a deceleration mechanism case. The first bearing is fitted on an eccentric axis part of the motor shaft. The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape, an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part, and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a case body and a cup member. The cup member includes a first cylinder part to which the internal gear is fitted on the radial-direction inner side, and a second cylinder part to which the second bearing is fitted on the radial-direction inner side.

    Abstract: One aspect of an electric actuator of the disclosure includes: a motor having a motor shaft rotating about a central axis; a speed reduction mechanism connected to a portion on one side in an axial direction of the motor shaft; a case accommodating the motor and the speed reduction mechanism; an output part to which rotation of the motor shaft is transmitted via the speed reduction mechanism; a rotation detector having a rotation sensor detecting rotation of the output part; and a wiring member electrically connected with the rotation sensor. The case has a first concave part located on an outer surface of the case. One end part of the wiring member penetrates the case from inside the case and protrudes inside the first concave part. The rotation sensor is located inside the first concave part and connected with one end part of the wiring member.

    Abstract: An electric actuator includes a motor including a rotor having a motor shaft extending along a central axis and a stator, a deceleration mechanism connected to the motor shaft, an output shaft, a bearing, and a deceleration mechanism case. The motor shaft includes an eccentric axis part with an eccentric axis as a center. The bearing is fitted on of the eccentric axis part. The deceleration mechanism includes an internal gear in a ring shape; an external gear connected to the eccentric axis part via the bearing and engaging with the internal gear; and an output flange part which transmits rotation of the external gear around the central axis to the output shaft. The deceleration mechanism case includes a plurality of gear supporting parts which support an end surface of the internal gear facing one axial-direction side and which are disposed in a circumferential direction with intervals from one another.

The motor and the output are disposed radially side by side with respect to the motor, the control board extends from a position axially overlapping the motor shaft to a position axially overlapping the output shaft, and the control board includes a motor sensor that detects a rotation angle of the motor shaft, and an output sensor that detects a rotation angle of a driven shaft joined to the output shaft.
