Abstract: An on-chip optical interconnection structure and network, where the on-chip optical interconnection structure includes M levels of optical switches, and mth-level optical switches in the M levels of optical switching devices include 2m-1 optical switches. Each optical switch in (i-1)th-level optical switches in the M levels of optical switches is coupled to two optical switches in ith-level optical switches. Two optical switches in the ith-level optical switches coupled to a same optical switch in the (i-1)th-level optical switches are coupled. The on-chip optical interconnection network is divided into levels, and switches coupled in a grid manner are formed such that hierarchical switching may be performed, and conflicts and delays in communication are reduced.

Abstract: Embodiments provide a Polar code transmission method and apparatus. A bit sequence is encoded into a code sequence using Polar code by a network device. The bit sequence contains a control signaling and a Cyclic Redundancy Code (CRC) sequence. The code sequence is transformed into M copies such that an ith information copy of the M copies multiples by a first matrix of the power of (i−1). M is an integer and M>0. M copies of codeword was encoded by Polar code, the M copies implicitly conveys different time stamp information, which is suitable for the transmission of PBCH in 5G communication system, signaling overhead is also reduced.

Abstract: A rate matching method for a polar code is provided, to improve performance. The method includes: encoding, based on an N*N encoding matrix of a polar code, a sequence including N first bits, to generate a mother code including N second bits, where the N first bits are in a one-to-one correspondence with N rows in the encoding matrix in sequence, and the N second bits are in a one-to-one correspondence with N columns in the encoding matrix in sequence; determining N−M to-be-punctured second bits from the N second bits, where at least one first bit in N−M first bits participating in encoding of the N−M second bits belongs to the first M first bits in the N first bits, and the N−M first bits are fixed bits; and puncturing the N−M second bits, to obtain a target polar code including M second bits.

Abstract: A semiconductor device and a method for producing a semiconductor device are disclosed. The semiconductor device includes a first silicon layer; a first dielectric layer, located on the first silicon layer, where the first dielectric layer includes a window, and a bottom horizontal size of the window of the first dielectric layer is not greater than 20 nm; and a III-V semiconductor layer, located on the first dielectric layer and in the window of the first dielectric layer, and connected to the first silicon layer in the window of the first dielectric layer. A III-V semiconductor material of the semiconductor device has no threading dislocations, and therefore has relatively high performance.
