    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a data transmission method, an apparatus, and a device in a Wi-Fi network, to improve reliability of providing differentiated data transmission services by a network access device. The method includes: receiving an uplink packet; recording a real-time transmission indication and uplink 5-tuple information that are carried in the uplink packet; then receiving a downlink packet, where the downlink packet carries downlink 5-tuple information; and then, if a service type of the downlink packet is a preset service type, and the downlink 5-tuple information matches the uplink 5-tuple information, preferably forwarding the downlink packet based on the real-time transmission indication.

    Abstract: A random access method includes working, by a user equipment (UE), on a first bandwidth part (BWP), where the first BWP is a currently active BWP, when the UE needs to perform a random access procedure, the UE performs the random access procedure on an initial BWP or on the first BWP, and when the UE receives BWP switching indication information from a network device instructing the UE to use a second BWP when performing the random access procedure on the first BWP, continuing, by the UE, to perform the random access procedure on the first BWP, or stopping, by the UE, performing the random access procedure on the first BWP, and performing the random access procedure on the second BWP.

    Abstract: A cell search method and a communications apparatus are provided. The method includes the following: before searching for a cell, a terminal device may determine, with reference to historical access information of another terminal device, whether there is a cell at the location, and adjust, based on a determining result, a value of a search parameter used to search for a cell. For example, if there is a cell, the terminal device may adjust the search parameter to accelerate a search. If there is no cell, the terminal device may perform no search, or adjust the search parameter to reduce an unnecessary cell search performed by the terminal device, so that power consumption of the terminal device can be reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a wireless optical communication method and a communications apparatus, and relate to the field of mobile communications technologies. The method includes: receiving a data frame sent by a second device; obtaining coded symbols, lengths of source symbols, a quantity of source symbols, degree information of the source symbols, and index information of the source symbols based on the data frame, where the degree information of the source symbols indicates a quantity of source symbols included in each source symbol group that participates in coding processing, and the index information of the source symbols indicates indexes of the source symbols included in each source symbol group that participates in coding processing; determining a mapping relationship between the source symbols and the coded symbols based on the lengths of the source symbols, the quantity of source symbols, the degree information of the source symbols, and the index information of the source symbols; and determining the source symbols based on the mapping relationship, the coded symbols, and a preset rateless decoding algorithm. According to this application, bit rate adaptation can be implemented based on a dynamic channel at a VLC physical layer.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to the communications field, and provide a method for sending a sync beacon message by a NAN device, and a device, so as to resolve a problem of a sync beacon message conflict that occurs when the NAN device merges to a new cluster in a master role. The method is: when a first device in a first cluster receives first cluster information of a second cluster, if the first device determines to merge to the second cluster, sending a sync beacon message in the second cluster according to a role and a state of the first device in the first cluster.
