    摘要: A sound generator is provided capable of generating vehicle sound that will be produced when a specific sound element is changed out of a plurality of sound elements arising from the operation of a plurality of components mounted on a vehicle. A sound generator 1 includes: existent sound acquisition means 2 that acquires sound pressure data of vehicle sound produced from a vehicle; existent component-based sound calculation means 4 that calculates existent component-based sound caused by an existent component out of the vehicle sound; existent component-based sound cancel means 3 that calculates existent component canceled sound obtained by canceling the existent component-based sound from the vehicle sound; new component-based sound calculation means 5 that calculates new component-based sound caused by changing of the existent component-based sound; synthesized sound generation means 6 that synthesizes the existent component canceled sound and the new component-based sound to generate a sound pressure waveform of synthesized vehicle sound; and synthesized sound production means 7 that produces sound based on the sound pressure waveform of the synthesized vehicle sound.

    摘要: A lead screw apparatus includes a screw shaft having a spiral channel on an outer circumferential surface thereof, a plurality of rollers rotatable with contact with the spiral channel, and a cage rotatably supporting the rollers for conversion between relative rotation and linear motions between the screw shaft and the cage bi-directionally. The lead screw apparatus further includes a bearing and a holder 6 supported by the case for supporting the bearing. An inner ring of the bearing and the roller are integrally formed. An outer ring of the bearing has a protrusion on an outer circumferential surface thereof on a side closer to the screw shaft. Rollers of the bearing having a circular truncated cone shape are disposed in the bearing in a circumferential direction with substantially no gap. The outer ring has a thread part to shift the bearing and the roller.

    摘要: In a gear pump equipped with a pump assembly formed from a driving gear supported by a driving shaft, a driven gear supported by a driven shaft, a pair of side plates disposed at both sides in an axial direction of driving and driven shafts, and a seal block that seals tips of the gears and forms a first fluid chamber by installation onto the side plates, and a casing that houses the pump assembly and forms a second fluid chamber therein, ribs are provided for at least one member of the side plates or the seal block, and fluid tightness between the first and second fluid chambers is secured by exerting pressure between the side plates and seal block and additionally plastically deforming the ribs. By this, it is possible to provide the gear pump which is capable of achieving improvement of the seal integrity while reducing the parts count.

    摘要: The invention provides an electro-mechanical brake system which can keep a stop state even if a malfunction is generated in a parking brake, and an electro-mechanical brake apparatus used for the electro-mechanical brake system. An electro-mechanical brake actuator presses a brake pad to a disc rotor so as to independently brake a braking force of each of wheels. A parking brake is constituted by a pawl portion attached to a motor of a motor driving the electro-mechanical actuator and a latch. A main controller detects a failure of the parking brake on the basis of a motor displacement at a time of reducing a motor current, and increases the pressing force in the remaining normal parking brake in the case that the parking brake failure in one wheel or more is detected.

    摘要: A fuel feeding apparatus includes a pressure increasing piston system, in addition to a high pressure fuel pump, for further increasing the fuel pressure at the outlet of the high pressure fuel pump. For this purpose, a first piston provided in a first cylinder is moved in response to the pressure of fuel drawn up from a fuel tank and fed to the high pressure pump by a low pressure fuel feed pump, and a second piston provided in a second cylinder and having a diameter smaller than the diameter of the first piston is connected to the first piston and is moved together with the first piston for pressurizing fuel in the second cylinder communicating with the outlet of the high pressure fuel pump at the time of engine starting, and before the high pressure fuel pump is started. The first and second pistons then are automatically returned to their initial positions, respectively, after high pressure fuel pump is started, while the pressure of the highly pressurized fuel in the high pressure fuel pipe is maintained by a high pressure regulator, by designing the first and second cylinders, including the relative sizes of the respective pistons, so that a possible maximum pressure to which the fuel is increased by the piston system is set to a value lower than a preset high pressure value to be attained by the high pressure fuel pump.
