    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may transmit capability information indicating a capability of the UE to support a rate splitting multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communication. The UE may receive, based at least in part on the capability information, configuration information associated with the rate splitting MIMO communication. The UE may identify, based at least in part on the configuration information, at least one of a downlink control information (DCI) format, a DCI size, one or more DCI fields, or one or more DCI field sizes associated with a DCI communication associated with the rate splitting MIMO communication. The UE may monitor the DCI communication and decoding the rate splitting MIMO communication based at least in part on the configuration information and the DCI communication.     Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for a user equipment (UE) to determine and apply limits to physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) processing in a dual active protocol stack handover scenario. In one aspect, the UE utilizes a joint blind decode capability for both a source cell group and a target cell group to determine whether a total limit for PDCCH candidates to monitor or non-overlapped control channel elements (CCEs) to monitor is applicable. The UE may identify a per cell limit for each configured single transmit receive point (TRP) cell and each multiple TRP cell based on a sub-carrier spacing SCS of the cell and the determination. The UE may include an interface configured to obtain a PDCCH for a slot. The UE may perform blind decoding operations on CCEs up to the per cell monitoring limit for each cell.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A UE may receive an indication of a set of one or more power constraints applicable to a network entity. The UE may receive a channel state information reference signal associated with one or more transmission and reception points of the network entity. The UE may select a plurality of precoding parameters (e.g., coherent joint transmission parameters) based on the set of one or more power constraints. The UE may transmit a channel state information report to the network entity indicating a set of one or more codebooks for one or more coherent joint transmissions received at the UE in accordance with the set of one or more power constraints, where set of one or more the codebooks may indicate the plurality of precoding parameters.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support a shared transmission power control (TPC) for uplink data and control channels. In a first aspect, a method includes a user equipment (UE) receiving a TPC command in downlink control messages from a serving base station. Each TPC command includes a power correction indicator. The UE may then apply an accumulation of power correction indicators received in the downlink control messages to an adjustment state associated with a transmit power of an of uplink control channel and an uplink data channel. The UE transmits to an uplink receive point, the uplink control or data channel according to the transmit power adjusted by the accumulation of power correction indicators applied to the adjustment state.
