According to the present invention, an image decoding method performed by a decoding device comprises the steps of: deriving a prediction mode of a current block; generating a prediction block of the current block on the basis of the prediction mode of the current block; deriving a neighboring block of the current block; deriving correlation information on the basis of a reconstruction block of the neighboring block and a prediction block of the neighboring block; deriving a modified prediction block of the current block on the basis of the prediction block of the current block and the correlation information; and deriving a reconstruction block of the current block on the basis of the modified prediction block. According to the present invention, a current block can be predicted in consideration of the correlation between a prediction sample and a reconstruction sample of a neighboring block, and a complicated image can be more efficiently reconstructed through the prediction.

The present invention relates to 3D video coding device and method. A decoding method according to the present invention provides a 3D video decoding method. A decoding method comprises the steps of: deriving a disparity vector with respect to a current block; deriving the location of a corresponding sample on a reference view on the basis of the disparity vector; deriving the location of a reference sample on the basis of the location of the corresponding sample; and deriving movement information of a prediction block that covers the location of the reference sample. According to the present invention, when a corresponding block in a reference view is derived by means of a disparity vector, movement information of the corresponding block can be derived in accordance with movement information compression, a buffer load of an encoder and a decoder can be reduced, and coding efficiency can be enhanced by having the amount of information being processed reduced.

The present invention provides a method for coding and decoding a 3D video comprising a depth-map picture. The method for coding a 3D video, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises the steps of: inducing a first index value with respect to a first sample of a current block by mapping a depth lookup table (DLT) on a predicted depth value of the first sample of the current block which has been induced based on an intra-prediction mode of the current block in a depth map picture; inducing a second index value with respect to the first sample of the current block by mapping the DLT on an original depth value of the first sample of the current block; inducing a residual index value between the first index value and the second index value with respect to the first sample of the current block; and transforming, quantizing, and entropy-coding the residual index value.

The present invention relates to a video decoding apparatus and method for decoding a multi-view video, and the method for decoding a video, according to the present invention, is the video decoding method for decoding a multi-view video, comprising the steps of: inducing video information required for decoding a current block by entropy-decoding a bitstream; inducing a first disparity vector based on a neighboring block of the current block in the same view by using the video information, inducing a second disparity vector by using the first disparity vector and a reference view depth, and inducing a third disparity vector using the difference between the first disparity vector and the second disparity vector; inducing a prediction sample of the current block by using one of the first disparity vector, the second disparity vector, or the third disparity vector; and applying filtering to a current picture which has been restored using the prediction sample.

A video signal processing method according to the present invention comprises: obtaining a depth prediction value of a current block; recovering a depth residual per sample of the current block according to an SDC mode indicator; and recovering a depth value of the current block using the depth prediction value and the recovered depth residual. The present invention adaptively uses an SDC mode according to an SDC mode indicator and further uses an SDC mode and/or depth lookup table, thereby increasing encoding efficiency for depth data.
