摘要： A paste supply apparatus includes a plurality of paste pots each including a tubular container which stores paste and which includes a bottom portion provided with a through hole and a movable inner lid provided in the tubular container, and a pot holder which holds the paste pots so as to be horizontally arranged along an arrangement direction such that the through hole of each of the paste pots is directed downward and downward movement of the tubular container thereof is regulated. The paste supply apparatus further includes a pot holder moving device which moves the pot holder along the arrangement direction and selectively positions one of the plurality of paste pots at an ejection position, and a paste ejecting device which presses the inner lid of the paste pot positioned at the ejection position and which ejects the paste in the tubular container from the through hole.

摘要： A screen printing machine for forming a print of paste supplied to a mask plate having pattern holes, includes: a filling squeegee which is held to have a given clearance with respect to the mask plate, and which fills the pattern holes with the paste by moving the filling squeegee relative to the mask plate in a printing direction; and an urging member which urges the filling squeegee toward the mask plate such that at least the given clearance is maintained. The screen printing machine further includes a scraping squeegee which is held to maintain a given interval from the filling squeegee in the printing direction, and which scraps off paste remaining on the mask plate after passage of the filling squeegee by moving the scraping squeegee together with the filling squeegee in the printing direction.

摘要： A screen printing apparatus includes a substrate positioning part that upwardly and downwardly moves a substrate with the substrate clamped by a clamp member to thereby bring the substrate into contact with a mask stretched in a frame body and fixed in a predetermined height position from an underside of the mask and position the substrate in a predetermined height position, a mask suction part that is provided in the clamp member and sucks the mask in contact with the substrate, and a screen printing part that prints paste on the substrate through a pattern hole formed in the mask by sliding a squeegee on the mask to which the paste is supplied. The mask is pressed up by a predetermined amount through the substrate with the mask sucked by the mask suction part when the substrate is upwardly moved by the substrate positioning part.
