Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may identify a sidelink bandwidth part configuration for a plurality of sidelink carriers, wherein the sidelink bandwidth part configuration configures one or more sidelink bandwidth parts for each sidelink carrier of the plurality of sidelink carriers. The UE may identify at least one selected sidelink carrier selected from the plurality of sidelink carriers and an active sidelink bandwidth part for each of the at least one selected sidelink carrier from the one or more sidelink bandwidth parts configured for the at least one selected sidelink carrier. The UE may communicate with another UE in the active sidelink bandwidth part on each of the at least one selected sidelink carrier. Numerous other aspects are described.

Abstract: A UE may train a NN, based on a blockage of a beam transmission, to indicate one or more beam weights in association with the blockage of the beam transmission. The UE may store, in an ML database, information indicative of at least one of the trained NN or the one or more beam weights indicated via the trained NN, such that the UE may communicate, to an ML server, the information via the trained NN. The ML server may train the NN, based on a TL/FL procedure for the one or more beam weights associated with the at least one blockage, to indicate one or more TL/FL beam weights in association with the at least one blockage, and communicate, to at least one UE, information indicative of at least one of the trained NN or the one or more TL/FL beam weights indicated via the trained NN.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a central unit (CU) may receive, from a distributed unit (DU), a first DU configuration. The CU may transmit to the DU, a second DU configuration to change a DU configuration from the first DU configuration to the second DU configuration, the first DU configuration being different from the second DU configuration. The DU may override the first DU configuration to communicate in accordance with the second DU configuration. Numerous other aspects are provided.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for signaling enabling a state transition of a transmission mode. The apparatus measures at least one reference signal from a serving TRP to determine a link quality between the UE and the serving TRP. The apparatus transmits feedback including a state transition indication if the link quality between the UE and the serving TRP falls below a threshold. The feedback enables a state transition of a transmission mode.
