摘要： The receptivity to dyes of fibres based on crystalline olefin polymers (e.g. polypropylene) and basic nitrogen-containing polymeric tinctorial modifiers, is improved by immersing the fibres in a solution of trimethylolpropane diallyl ether. Specified tinctorial modifiers are polymers of vinyl pyridines, condensation products of epichlorhydrin/piperazine/primary aliphatic amine, condensation products of dihalogenated hydrocarbon/diamine (optionally alkylated products), and basic polymers of epichlorohydrin. The fibres may contain solid dispersants for the tinctorial modifier, and listed are cetyl and stearyl alcohols, stearic and terephthalic acids, benzoin, furoin, vinyl stearate, stearic esters of glycerol, monoethanolamine stearate, N-diethanol lauramide, aliphatic amines, condensates of ethylene oxide with alcohols, amines or phenols, polystearamide, polyacrylic acid, styrene polymers and terpene polymers. The examples illustrate the spinning, stretching and dyeing of fibres according to the invention. Specifications 950,852 and 992,011 are referred to.

摘要： A chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric and a preparation method of the chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric are provided. The chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric contains a modified chitin in a weight percentage range of approximately 0.2%-1.5%. The modified chitin includes chitin modified by a modifier including 2-hydroxybenzimidazole, cellulose acetate butyrate, and adipic acid dihydrazide. The chitin-modified polypropylene spunbond non-woven fabric has an anti-mold grade less than 1, and an antibacterial rate greater than 9.5%.

摘要： A method of manufacturing artificial turf creating a liquid polymer mixture, wherein the polymer mixture is at least a two-phase system. A first one of the phases includes a first polymer and a first dye, and a second one of the phases of the polymer mixture includes a second polymer and a second dye of a different color than the first dye. The first and the second phase are immiscible, the first phase forming polymer beads within the second phase. The method further includes extruding the polymer mixture into a monofilament including a marbled pattern of the first and second color; quenching the monofilament; reheating the monofilament; stretching the reheated monofilament to deform the polymer beads into threadlike regions and to form the monofilament into an artificial turf fiber; and incorporating the artificial turf fiber into an artificial turf backing.
