    Abstract: A user equipment UE attaches to a first network, and displays a first network name, where the first network name is a network name of the first network; or the UE executes a combined attach procedure or a combined tracking area update procedure to attach to the first network or a second network, and displays the first network name, where the first network name is a network name of the first network or a network name of the second network; and in a process of executing a service in the first network, the UE changes from the first network to the second network or a third network, and the UE keeps displaying the first network name. It is ensured that a network name displayed on a terminal is consistent with a network name that is displayed on a UE and recorded by a network device.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method for a handover without a default bearer. A first network device sends a relocation request to a second network device. The second network device establishes a connection to a third network device indicated by the relocation request, and sends a response to the first network device and indicates that data is to be sent by using a signaling plane. Then the first network device instructs a source network device to forward the data to a target network device according to a forwarding mode indicated by a handover command. Alternatively, after the second network device establishes the connection to the third network device indicated by the relocation request, the third network device caches data, and after a handover of user equipment is completed, the third network device sends the cached data to the second network device.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method, an apparatus and a system for device discovery. The method includes: acquiring, by a first device, a user identification of a target user, and acquiring, according to the user identification of the target user, broadcast information of a second device which the target user logs in; when broadcast information of another device is monitored through a D2D function, matching, by the first device, the monitored broadcast information with the broadcast information of the second device, and if the match is successful, determining, by the first device, that the second device and the first device are within a preset distance. According to the present invention, the accuracy of discovering a short distance user is improved and, thus, the problem in the prior art that the accuracy of discovering a user in a short distance cannot be guaranteed by using a cell ID is solved.
