    摘要: A water based rubber resin pressure-sensitive adhesive produced by mixing a high solids resin solution with an isoprene containing latex together with a small amount of carboxylation at a pH of at least about 8. The tackifier resin is added to the rubber latex in a high solids resin solution in an organic solvent. Preferably this solution contains a small amount of a polar solvent such as isopropyl alcohol. The carboxylation may be derived either from using acarboxylated latex or from using a carboxylated resin in the resin solution, or a combination of both of these. The resin solution is dispersed in the water system of the latex in a finely divided state. This preferably is accomplished by adding the resin solution to the latex system slowly with high shear agitation.

    摘要: Rubber compounds are readily bonded to polyester reinforcing elements, particularly tire cords of polyester fibers, using a one-step dip process in which the dip consists essentially of an alkaline aqueous emulsion of a minor amount by weight of a mixture of a major amount by weight of a rubbery vinyl pyridine copolymer and a minor amount by weight of a heat reactable 2,6-bis(2,4-dihydroxy phenylmethyl)-4-chlorophenol composition, wherein said emulsion is essentially free of alkali metal materials and wherein the emulsifier used in the emulsion is an ammonium salt or soap. High aged H-adhesions are obtained with this process.

    摘要: 1,177,244. Pressure-sensitive adhesive tape. MINNESOTA MINING & MFG. CO. 27 Feb., 1967 [28 Feb., 1966], No. 9272/67. Heading B2E. A normally tacky and pressure sensitive adhesive tape comprises a flexible sheet backing having firmly bonded to one face thereof a layer of firm rubber-resin adhesive comprising 100 parts by weight rubbery polymer consisting essentially of 1, 4-polybutadiene having over 95% cis configuration, 60 to 150 parts by weight of essentially compatible tackifying resin system, and an effective amount of a cross-linking agent. The backing may be a film formed from a plasticised polymer including at least a major portion of vinyl chloride e.g. a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyester, regenerated cellulose glass cloth or crepe paper saturated with epoxy resin. The tackifying resin system may be selected from polyterpenes based on α-pinene, #-pinene, or blends thereof, rosin, hydrogenated rosin, rosin esters, chlorinated polyphenyls, hydrocarbon resins, and mixtures thereof, the system being such that, when blended in equal parts by weight with cis-1, 4-polybutadiene and coated on polyester film to a thickness of. 0.033 mm., the product displays an affinity for steel at room temperature of at least 0.2 kg per cm width. The adhesive may contain a filler e.g. aluminum oxide, calcium carbonate. The crosslinking agent may be 10-35 parts phenol-aldehyde resin. A primer layer consisting essentially of (a) a water-insoluble rubbery acrylo polymer, (b) 0.3 to 4 parts per part acrylo polymer of a conjugated diene rubbery polymer or 0.3 to 10 parts per part of acrylo polymer of a tackifying resin, and 2 to 30 parts per 100 parts of rubbery polymer (a) and (b) of a water-soluble organic wetting agent contacting in the molecule thereof a hydrophilic group and a non-linear hydrophobic group. The tape may take the form of an electrical insulating tape wound convolutely upon itself in roll form which roll is readily unwound at temperatures down to at least -30‹C., displaying an adhesion to steel of at least 0.2 kg/cm width throughout the range -30‹C to +30‹C and when applied functioning effectively between -30‹C and +105‹C.

    摘要: A method of producing a packaging structure, including the steps: coating at least one surface of a first sheet base material and/or a second sheet base material with a synthetic polyisoprene latex having a weight average molecular weight of 500,000 -5,000,000 and/or a styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer having a weight average molecular weight of 100,000-300,000, sandwiching an article to be packaged in a state wherein the first and second sheet base material are in contact with each other via a latex coated surface formed on the first and/or second sheet base material to thereby obtain a laminated body, pressing a portion where at least the first and second sheet base material of the laminated body are in contact with each other via the latex coated surface at a temperature of 100° C. or less to thereby obtain a pressed laminated body, and performing a sterilization treatment on the pressed laminated body.
