Abstract: A pixel circuit, a semiconductor camera detection circuit and a display device. The pixel circuit includes: a photodiode, a driving circuit, an initialization circuit, a transmission circuit, a voltage write-in circuit (2 and a compensation circuit. One end of the photodiode is electrically connected to a grounding end, and another end is electrically connected to the transmission circuit; the initialization circuit is configured to pull a voltage of a first node to an initialization voltage under control of the initialization signal end; the transmission circuit is configured to pull down the voltage of the first node from the initialization voltage to a data voltage under control of the first scanning signal end; the voltage write-in circuit is configured to write the data voltage into the driving circuit and output a grounding voltage to the compensation circuit; the compensation circuit is configured to perform threshold voltage compensation on the driving circuit.

Abstract: A touch display panel. The touch display panel includes a first substrate; a plurality of data lines; and a plurality of gate lines. The touch display panel also includes a plurality of subpixel regions arranged in an array defined by the plurality of data lines and the plurality of gate lines on the first substrate, each subpixel region including a common electrode pattern; a plurality of touch-driving electrodes, each formed by electrically connected common electrode patterns corresponding to at least one row of subpixel regions; and a plurality of touch-sensing electrodes. The plurality of touch-driving electrodes and the touch-sensing electrodes are for detecting a touch motion on the touch display panel.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a circuit and method for generating a light emission control signal for an AMOLED pixel circuit having in-cell touch sensors, as well as a pixel circuit driving method. The circuit comprises a first transistor, a second transistor, a third transistor, a fourth transistor and a first capacitor. Under control of a control signal transferred by a first control line, a first clock signal, a second clock signal, a voltage of a first level, a voltage of a second level and a control signal transferred by a second control line, the circuit outputs the desired light emission control signal via a light emission control line. The light emission control signal may turn off the OLED in the pixel circuit during a touch sense phase such that an influence of the capacitance between the anode and cathode of the OLED on the touch sensor-to-ground capacitance is reduced.
