摘要: Disclosed is a high-strength austenitic stainless steel having excellent hot workability. The high-strength austenitic stainless steel having excellent hot workability according to the present disclosure includes, in percent by weight (wt %), 0.01 to 0.035% of C, 0.5% or less of Si, 0.5 to 1.5% of Mn, 17 to 22% of Cr, 6 to 11% of Ni, 1% or less of Mo, 1% or less of Cu, 0.1 to 0.22% of N, and the balance of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein a value of Formula (1) below 1.9 or more, or a precipitation temperature of chromium nitride satisfies a value represented by Formula (2) below or less.

Disclosed is a galvanized steel sheet including: a Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet containing Si in an amount of 0.1 mass % or more and 3.0 mass % or less; an Fe-based electroplating layer formed on at least one surface of the Si-containing cold-rolled steel sheet with a coating weight per surface of 5.0 g/m2 or more; and a galvanized layer formed on the Fe-based electroplating layer, in which in an intensity profile measured by glow discharge optical emission spectrometry, ISi,Fe/ISi,bulk is 0.50 or more, and an average value of C concentration in a region ranging from 10 μm to 20 μm from an interface between the galvanized layer and the Fe-based electroplating layer towards the Fe-based electroplating layer is 0.10 mass % or less.

摘要: The invention relates to battery trays for electric or hybrid vehicles. The bottoms of the battery trays are made of a thin sheet of aluminum alloy having a modulus of elasticity higher than 77 GPa in order to optimize thickness thereof while ensuring resistance to intrusion. The invention also relates to a thin sheet of 4xxx series aluminum alloy whose modulus is higher than 77 GPa and whose yield strength Rp 0.2 is higher than 295 MPa.

摘要: A hot-stamped article and a method of manufacturing same use a tailor welded blank (TWB) method capable of controlling the microstructure of a weld portion to prevent fracture of the weld portion. The method includes: preparing a first sheet and a second sheet having different upper austenite transformation temperatures (A3 temperatures); welding the first sheet and the second sheet using a TWB method to prepare a welded sheet obtained as a result of the first sheet and the second sheet being welded to each other via a weld portion; and hot-stamping the welded sheet heated within a temperature range between an A3 temperature of the first sheet and an A3 temperature of the second sheet.
