Abstract: A method performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving a logging measurement message having a logging measurement configuration from a base station. The method also initiates a minimization of drive test (MDT) session in response to receiving the logging measurement message. The method further determines a status of a UE component and selects a set of logged measurement types from a number of logged measurement types based on a measurement priority of each logged measurement type when the status satisfies status criteria. The method additionally generates an MDT log at each logging instance of a number of logging instances based on measurements collected for the set of logged measurement types when the status satisfies the status criteria. The method also transmits, to the base station, the MDT log of each logging instance after completing the MDT session.

In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may receive a first connected mode discontinuous reception (CDRX) configuration from a first cell associated with a first radio access technology (RAT), the first CDRX configuration includes a first indication of a first on occasion. The UE may receive a second CDRX configuration from a second cell associated with a second RAT, the second CDRX configuration includes a second indication of a second on occasion. The UE may determine that the first on occasion and the second on occasion are separated by a threshold. The UE may transmit, based at least in part on the determination that the first on occasion and the second on occasion are separated by the threshold, a CDRX reconfiguration request message.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatuses for sharing a maximum transmit power limit between a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT. In one aspect, a wireless communication apparatus may reduce the maximum transmit power limit of a first uplink signal associated with the first RAT to obtain a first transmit power. The wireless communication apparatus may allocate a second transmit power remaining from the maximum transmit power limit to a second uplink signal associated with the second RAT. The wireless communication apparatus may reduce the maximum transmit power limit when the wireless communication apparatus is located at a cell edge, and a higher priority of the first RAT in relation to the second RAT may otherwise result in the second transmit power of the second uplink signal not satisfying a threshold.

Abstract: A delta configuration is signaled for handover of a wireless communication device (e.g., a user equipment, UE) from a first form of connectivity to a second form of connectivity. For example, a UE with master cell group (MCG) connectivity may be handed-over to multiple radio access technology-dual connectivity (MR-DC). In some examples, a UE with standalone (SA) connectivity may be handed-over to non-standalone (NSA) connectivity (e.g., dual connectivity). In conjunction with this handover the UE may be signaled as to whether the UE is to reuse a configuration from the first connectivity mode during the second connectivity mode.

The UE may receive at least one request that the UE report MDT measurements. The UE may perform a first portion of measurements associated with the first base station and perform a second portion of measurements associated with the second base station. The UE may perform the measurements while the UE is operating in the dual-connectivity configuration. The UE may transmit one or more reports including information indicative of the first portion of measurements, information indicative of the second portion of measurements, or both.
