    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a user equipment (UE) receives, over a wireless communication network operating in accordance with a first radio access technology (RAT), a configuration to provide at least one positioning state information (PSI) report, the first RAT associated with at least one first positioning technology, the configuration associated with at least one second RAT, at least one second positioning technology, or both to be used to estimate a location of the UE, obtains at least a first set of positioning measurements using the at least one second RAT, the at least one second positioning technology, or both, and transmits the at least one PSI report on physical resources allocated for a physical uplink or sidelink channel of the first RAT, the at least one PSI report including at least the first set of positioning measurements.

    Abstract: Aspects presented may enable RF sensing to be adaptive to the environment to improve the sensing, performance, and/or the spectrum efficiency of cellular systems and the power efficiency of RF sensing nodes. In one aspect, an RF sensing node extracts one or more features for a set of objects of an area via at least one non-RF sensor. The RF sensing node transmits, to a network entity, the one or more features or at least one non-RF measurement derived from the one or more features. The RF sensing node receives, from the network entity, an RRS transmission configuration derived based on the one or more features or the at least one non-RF measurement transmitted to the network entity.

    Abstract: Wireless positioning accuracy of a user equipment (UE) is impacted by locations of the transmit/receive points (TRPs) and UE for wireless positioning. To improve the accuracy of estimated locations, a geometric dilution of precision (GDOP) may be determined for different groups of candidate TRPs, with the GDOP indicating a potential positioning error associated with the group of candidate TRPs. A UE may determine GDOPs for different combinations of candidate TRPs. One or more devices of a wireless network (e.g., a location server and/or a UE for positioning) may select or exclude one or more candidate TRPs from being used for wireless positioning of a UE based on the determined GDOPs. Exclusion or selection of candidate TRPs for wireless positioning may also be based on quality measurements of PRSs (such as an RSRP or SNR) or a time duration associated with measuring the PRSs from the candidate TRPs to be selected.
