Abstract: To facilitate coexistence of a first radio access technology (RAT) and a second RAT, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products are provided. An example method of a first wireless device operating based on a RAT includes receiving a sidelink resource reservation from a second wireless device based on a second RAT, the sidelink resource reservation indicating a first set of resources. The example method further includes determining whether to exclude, from a candidate resource set for the first RAT within a sidelink resource pool for the first RAT, resources that overlap with the set of reserved resources for the second RAT. The example method further includes transmitting a sidelink transmission using one or more sidelink transmission resources selected from the candidate resource set in the sidelink resource pool for the first RAT.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. One method for wireless communication at a first device includes receiving a multicast packet from a second device, decoding control header information in the received multicast packet, determining that a decoding procedure associated with a payload of the received multicast packet is unsuccessful and transmitting a negative acknowledgement (NACK) based at least in part on the determining. The method also includes retrieving a list of transmitter identifiers. In some cases, transmitting the NACK is based at least in part on the list of transmitter identifiers. The method further includes determining a transmitter identifier associated with the multicast packet and determining that the transmitter identifier is present in the list of transmitter identifiers.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A user equipment (UE) may determine to use multi-cluster communications in a vehicle based communication network. The UE may identify a configuration parameter associated with the multi-cluster communications. The UE may select a cluster resource from a set of available cluster resources based on the configuration parameter. The cluster resource may include one or more clusters used for multi-cluster transmissions in the vehicle based communication network. The UE may transmit an indication of the selected cluster resource to a wireless node of the vehicle based communication network, for example, to another UE. The UE may transmit the multi-cluster transmission on the selected cluster resource.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) carried by a pedestrian (e.g., a P-UE) may receive control signaling that indicates a resource allocation for a sidelink channel for pedestrian to vehicle communications. The P-UE may transmit, within the resource allocation of the sidelink channel, a message that includes an identifier of the P-UE based on movement data of the P-UE being classified as pedestrian movement. The P-UE may monitor the sidelink channel for a collision warning message from a vehicle UE that includes the identifier of the P-UE based on transmitting the message. If the P-UE receives a collision warning message that includes its identifier, the P-UE may present an alert based on receiving the collision warning message.
