In some aspects, a user equipment may determine at least one of a downlink path loss value or an uplink path loss value associated with a base station; receive system information, a semi-persistently configured grant via RRC or a dynamic uplink grant via DCI from the base station, wherein the RRC signaling or the dynamic uplink grant identifies a power control value associated with one user or a plurality of users associated with the base station; and determine a transmit power for a data or control transmission based at least in part on at least one of the downlink path loss value or the uplink path loss value and the power control value. Abstract: Aspects described herein relate to measuring cross-link interference in wireless communications. A portion of a slot that includes a downlink reference signal transmitted by a base station and an uplink reference signal transmitted by a user equipment (UE) can be determined, where the uplink reference signal and the downlink reference signal at least partially overlap within the portion of the slot. The downlink reference signal can be received from the base station and the uplink reference signal can be received from the UE in the portion of the slot. Cross-link interference between the downlink reference signal and the uplink reference signal can be measured.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for a user equipment (UE) to set uplink power control for a long uplink burst and a short uplink burst. The UE receives uplink power control information including a first set of power control parameters for a long uplink burst and a second set of power control parameters for a short uplink burst with the sets of power control parameters being different from each other. The UE configures uplink power control for the long uplink burst based at least on the first set of power control parameters and the short uplink burst based at least on the second set of power control parameters. The UE sends at least one of a long uplink burst and a short uplink burst based on the corresponding uplink power control and sends at least one uplink power-headroom report for the long uplink burst and short uplink burst.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for reporting delay budgets for Ultra-Reliable Low-Latency Communications (URLLC) uplink transmissions during wireless communications are described.
