Abstract: In an aspect, a vehicle apparatus of a vehicle obtains, based on sensor data from one or more vehicle sensors communicatively coupled to the vehicle, intra-lane position data relative to the vehicle, the intra-lane position data indicating at least one lateral distance between at least one side of a primary vehicle and at least one lane reference point. The vehicle apparatus transmits the intra-lane position data to one or more neighboring entities. In another aspect, a vehicle management device obtains intra-lane position data that indicates at least one lateral distance between at least one side of at least one observed vehicle of a plurality of neighboring vehicles and at least one lane reference point, and instructs at least one vehicle of the plurality of neighboring vehicles to perform one or more actions based on the intra-lane position data.

Messages are defined for sending ephemeris information and for requesting ephemeris information. Ephemeris information for a subset of the satellites in a constellation may be sent to a UT to reduce signaling load. A UT may manage a database of ephemeris information to ensure freshness of the ephemeris information.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A vehicle user equipment (VUE) may generate a groupcast message for transmission in a vehicle to everything (V2X) system. The VUE may transmit the groupcast message using a transmit power that is based on a reliability distance that corresponds to a region for providing feedback for the groupcast message, where the reliability distance is based on one or more positioning parameters of the VUE and one or more environmental parameters associated with the V2X system. The VUE may then monitor for feedback for the groupcast message.

Abstract: Disclosed are systems and techniques for wireless communications. For example, a device can receive, from a first vehicle, a view request for a visual view of a region of interest (ROI). The device can transmit a request for key points and feature descriptors related to a view of the first vehicle and respective view(s) of the other vehicle(s), and can match the key points/feature descriptors related to the other vehicle(s) and the first vehicle. The device can determine, based on the matching, at least one vehicle to provide at least one ROI view of the ROI and determine at least one mapping between the at least one vehicle and the first vehicle, which can be used to combine the at least one ROI view of the at least one vehicle with the view of the first vehicle to generate a combined image having the visual view of the ROI.
