The method includes generating a codeword vector by encoding an information vector by using a first parity check matrix of Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codes, generating a transmission vector by processing the codeword vector, and transmitting the transmission vector. When the first parity check matrix includes a plurality of square matrix columns, each square matrix includes a size of L×L, the first parity check matrix is one of p parity check matrixes stored in the signal transmission apparatus, the p parity check matrixes support different numbers of information vector square matrix columns, and each of the numbers of information vector square matrix columns indicates the number of square matrix columns corresponding to the information vector from among the plurality of square matrix columns. The first parity check matrix is a parity check matrix supporting the number of information vector square matrix columns determined by using the length of the information vector and the value L from the p parity check matrixes, and the value L is determined by using p and the length of the information vector.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for setting the transmission power of a terminal in a wireless communication system. Particularly, the initial transmission power by means of which the terminal transmits a signal via an uplink non-anchor carrier is determined by reflecting the transmission power by means of which the terminal has most recently transmitted a signal via an uplink anchor carrier and by reflecting the difference between channel environments of the uplink anchor carrier and the uplink non-anchor carrier, in a wireless communication system using a broadband formed by carrier aggregation. Consequently, the initial transmission power of the terminal is set as accurately as possible in the uplink non-anchor carrier, thereby preventing signal transmission delay and improving the reliability of received signals.

A channel interleaver generates an interleaved vector by channel-interleaving a Low Density Parity Check (LDPC) codeword according to a channel interleaving rule, and a modulator generates a modulation symbol by modulating the interleaved vector according to a modulation scheme. The channel interleaving rule is one of a first channel interleaving rule and a second channel interleaving rule. The first channel interleaving rule is a rule for setting degree distribution for nodes in a factor graph of the LDPC codeword separately for individual levels supported by the modulation scheme. The second channel interleaving rule is a rule for allowing coded bits included in the LDPC codeword to be interleaved according to an unequal error characteristic of the modulation scheme.
