摘要: A rapid construction device for a prestressed basalt fiber anchor rod, includes a sleeve drill rod and a drill bit; the sleeve drill rod includes an inner and an outer cylinders; a middle of the drill bit is connected to a lower end of the inner cylinder, an edge of the drill is connected to a lower end of the outer cylinder, a constraint hole is defined in the middle of the drill bit for allowing a basalt fiber reinforced plastic (BFRP) penetrating therethrough, a magnetic baffle is arranged at a lower end of the constraint hole to shield the constraint hole, and a plurality of through holes are defined in the drill bit; and the BFRP is pushed to push off the magnetic baffle to lower the BFRP to a set position, and then a space between the inner and outer cylinders is grouted.

摘要: A ground mounting assembly includes one or a plurality of posts, each attached to at least one stabilizing plate or scoop pyramid. The post may be driven into the ground and then lifted to deploy plates into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground by a pile driver with plate held in place, released, and driven further and deployed into a locking mechanism, or driven into the ground and double pounded inside the post to drive reinforcing plate into slotted winglets, or driven, double pounded and rotated to extend the reinforcing plates horizontally from the pole or pile. The post also can used as a mooring in harbors, lakes, or at sea. A system based on a double pounder pile driven mono pole, optionally extendable in length, is also described.

摘要: The invention discloses a retrievable sand consolidation anchor head prestressed anchor rod, an anchoring jack and an application method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of geotechnical engineering. The retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor includes a bolt body 6, a rigid frame 5, a load member 1, a sand column 2, a pressure receiving member 4, a cut-off member 3, and an anchor pier 8. The anchoring jack includes a force transmitting frame 12, a first guiding plate 25, a second guiding plate 28, and a housing 13. The application method includes an anchoring method using the retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head prestressed anchor rod and a method of recovering the retrievable sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor rod. After the anchoring of the reclaimed sand-consolidated anchor head pre-stressed anchor rod, the bolt body can be recovered and reused, and the operation is simpler and more environmentally friendly.

摘要: Provided is a mounting method for an extensible reaming self-anchoring anchor rod, which is especially applicable to roadway construction in coal mines. A big helical structure is arranged on two rod sections of a sectional type anchor rod, a simple drill bit drills and reams a bore and cuts the coal mass in one operation, the outer diameter of the simple drill bit is smaller than the outer diameter of the big helical rod body, and the big helical structure accomplishes secondary reaming, self-drilling and self-anchoring in the drilling process; the big helical structure inhibits propagation and development of sheet cracks of the coal wall in the radial direction, and is embedded in the coal mass through a self-stabilization process of the rock mass.

摘要: A system for positioning and anchoring columns. The system includes a positioning template having a first frame configured to support horizontal panels, jacking mechanisms for leveling the horizontal panels, a first opening defined by the horizontally aligned panels configured to guide a sleeve when driven downward below grade level through the first opening, and a tubular sleeve for passing through the first opening and for receiving a second frame. The second frame includes frame members defining a second opening on each end of the second frame and a plurality of elongated bars spanning between the first end and the second end. The second frame is for guiding a pile when driven downward. A pile having a first end and an opposing second end is configured for receiving a connecting tube of a column. A column having a connecting tube is to inserted into the pile's first end.
