摘要： Emission of NOx during acid-piclding treatment of metals in an aqueous solution containing at least nitric acid is controlled by the addition of hydrogen peroxide. The addition amount of hydrogen peroxide is minimized to avoid excessive addition by monitoring the potentiostatic electrolytic current of the solution or by combinedly monitoring the potentiostatic electrolytic current and the redox potential of the solution.

摘要： A glass composition for lamps includes: SiO2 (silicon dioxide) as a main component; Na2O (sodium oxide) in the range of 12 to 17 wt. %; MgO (magnesium oxide) in the range of 2.5 to 4 wt. %; and CaO (calcium oxide) in the rage of 5.3 to 7.3 wt. %, wherein the total content of MgO and CaO is in the range of 8 to 11 wt. %. Thereby, lamps can be manufactured at relatively low costs that exhibit superiority in fracture resistance, workability, erosion resistance with respect to the inner surface of a furnace, and suppressing the elution of alkali component.

By using a supercritical carbon dioxide fluid containing a fluorine compound, a water-soluble organic solvent and water as the treating fluid, the sacrificial layer is removed in a short period of time with a small amount of the treating fluid without any damage to the structural body.

摘要： A door opening trim weather strip for a motor vehicle, which exhibits excellent noise insulating properties between a door opening portion of a vehicle body and a door of a motor vehicle, and requires a small force for closing the door, thereby improving feelings in closing the door. The door opening trim weather strip includes a trim portion in which a flange provided in the door opening portion is adapted to be inserted, and a tubular seal portion for sealing between the door opening portion and the door. The tubular seal portion includes two base parts which are respectively composed of a solid rubber and project from an outside surface of an outer side wall of the trim portion integrally therewith, an arc-shaped part which is composed of a sponge rubber and of which ends are respectively connected to the two base parts to form a generally arc-shaped cross-section, and a noise insulating wall which is composed of a sponge rubber and is formed in a space defined by the outer side wall, the two base parts and the arc-shaped part into a generally inverted v-shaped cross-section. The noise insulating wall has a bending part at about a widthwise center thereof. Ends of the noise insulating wall are respectively connected to an inside surface of the arc-shaped part such that at least one portion of the noise insulating wall is foldable between the two base parts.

The trim portion includes a plurality of outer flange holding lips which respectively extend from an outer side wall of the trim portion, and two inner flange holding lips which respectively extend from an inner side wall of the trim portion. Each of the two inner flange holding lip has a connecting part which obliquely extends from the inner side wall toward an open mouth of the trim portion, and a main part which extends from an extending end of the connecting part obliquely toward the bottom wall of the trim portion, thereby defining a generally inverted v-shaped cross-section.

According to this method, a temperature-responsive cell culture substrate having a surface (1) that allows cells to adhere thereto and to grow thereon during cell culturing and that allows the adhering and grown cells to be detached therefrom by changing the culturing temperature and a surface (2) that does not allow the cells to adhere thereto at all can be obtained by a simple process.

摘要： An object of the present invention is to provide a cell culture support making the detachment of a cell sheet easy as well as enabling the formation of a uniform cell sheet. The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cell culture support having a temperature responsive polymer immobilized onto the surface thereof via covalent bonding, the method including a coating step in which a composition including a monomer that can form the polymer by polymerization by radiation irradiation, an organic solvent and, in some cases, a prepolymer formed by polymerization of the monomer is coated onto the substrate having a surface containing a material which can be covalently bonded to the temperature responsive polymer by radiation irradiation to form a film on the surface of the substrate, a radiation irradiation step in which a polymerization reaction and a binding reaction between the substrate surface and the temperature responsive polymer are allowed to proceed by irradiating radiation to the film, and a drying step to dry the film.
