    Abstract: An integrator circuit device for integrating an input signal includes an integrator configured to perform integration on an input signal in a positive direction or a negative direction to generate an output voltage, and a switching controller configured to control a switch so that the integrator performs the integration on the input signal in the positive direction or the negative direction. The integrator circuit device further includes a counter configured to count a number of times an integration direction of the integrator is changed, and a controller configured to determine a final output voltage, based on the counted number of times the integration direction is changed and the output voltage.

    Abstract: Provided is a fingerprint authentication system and a method of authentication. The fingerprint authentication system may have a configuration to analyze a reflection wave signal reflected at a surface of an object under examination or an internal of the object under examination by applying a wave signal from at least one of signal communication unit of a fingerprint sensor to the object under examination. In the method of authentication, the controller in the fingerprint authentication system may be configured to selectively perform a first step authentication to authenticate a shape of a fingerprint, and a second step authentication to detect internal biometric information of the object under examination.

    Abstract: Provided are touch-fingerprint complex sensors, operating methods thereof, and electronic apparatuses including the touch-fingerprint complex sensors. A touch-fingerprint complex sensor may include a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction in a touch pad, and a plurality of second electrodes extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction. The plurality of first electrodes may include a plurality of first touch electrodes disposed at regular intervals and a plurality of first sub-electrodes between adjacent ones of the plurality of first touch electrodes. The plurality of second electrodes may include a plurality of second touch electrodes disposed at regular intervals and a plurality of second sub-electrodes between adjacent ones of the plurality of second touch electrodes. The plurality of first touch electrodes may include a first unit group including electrodes, and at least one of the plurality of first sub-electrodes may be disposed between adjacent ones of the electrodes of the first unit group.

    Abstract: A mobile device which senses particulate matter is provided. The mobile device includes a housing having an air flow path through which air flows when the mobile device is shaken; an inertia sensor that detects acceleration of the mobile device; a light-scattering type sensor that irradiates the air flow path with light and detects particulate matter in air flowing through the air flow path; and a controller that includes a counter for counting the particulate matter detected by the light-scattering type sensor, and a flow rate calculator for detecting an air flow rate of the air flow path based on a detection signal of the inertia sensor.
