    Abstract: A display device includes a substrate. A first electrode is disposed on the substrate. A pixel definition layer is disposed on the substrate. A second electrode is disposed on the first electrode and the pixel definition layer. An organic emission layer is disposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. A planarization layer is disposed on the second electrode. A low refractive index layer is disposed on the planarization layer and overlaps the pixel definition layer. A high refractive index layer is disposed on the planarization layer and overlaps the second electrode. The high refractive index layer has a higher refractive index than that of the low refractive index layer.

The electronic device includes a display module including a display panel, in which a signal transmission region, a peripheral display region adjacent to the signal transmission region, and a main display region spaced apart from the signal transmission region are provided, and a camera module overlapped with the signal transmission region. The display panel includes a plurality of first pixels, which are disposed in a unit region of the main display region, and a plurality of second pixels, which are disposed in a unit region of the peripheral display region. An emission area of green light in the unit region of the first pixels is different from an emission area of green light in the unit region of the second pixels.
