    Abstract: A semiconductor device including a semiconductor layer, a first electrode, and a second electrode. The semiconductor layer includes a first source region, a first drain region, a second source region, and a second drain region connected to a channel region. The first gate electrode is disposed below the semiconductor layer. The first gate electrode is insulated from the semiconductor layer. The first gate electrode at least partially overlaps the shared channel region. The second gate electrode is disposed above the semiconductor layer. The second gate electrode is insulated by a second gate insulating layer. The second gate electrode at least partially overlaps the channel region.

    Abstract: A display device may include a first substrate, a touch sensor disposed on the first substrate, a second substrate disposed on the touch sensor, and a display unit disposed on the second substrate and which displays an image. The touch sensor includes a piezoelectric device, which senses a touch thereon, and an adhesive layer, which attaches the first and second substrates to each other. The piezoelectric device and the adhesive layer are disposed in a same layer.

    Abstract: A display apparatus includes a backlight unit including a first light source emitting a first light having at least two peak wavelengths and a second light source emitting a second light having a peak wavelength different from the two peak wavelengths, and a display panel receiving the first and second lights to display an image corresponding to an input image data, and a light source driver which analyzes a color information of predetermined dimming areas on the basis of the input image data and controls a contribution of the first and second light sources with respect to a target brightness of each of the predetermined dimming areas in accordance of the color information.
