Abstract: Methods, apparatuses, and computer readable media for indicating a time gap in case of a BWP switch are provided. A base station may transmit to a UE, and the UE may receive from the base station, an indication of a BWP switch from a first BWP to a second BWP. The UE and the base station may communicate with each other via a PDSCH or a PUSCH, in the second BWP based on a time gap. The time gap may be based on at least one of a first time parameter associated with the indication or a second time parameter associated with the BWP switch. The time gap may have a duration that is at least as long as a first duration of a BWP switch delay associated with switching from the first BWP to the second BWP.

Abstract: Aspects presented herein may enable a UE to limit MCS and/or K1 offset used for communicating with a base station to a threshold based at least in part on an SCS used for the communication. In one aspect, a UE limit at least one of an MCS to being less than or equal to an MCS threshold or a K1 offset to being greater than or equal to a K1 offset threshold based on a subcarrier spacing selected for communication with a base station, the K1 offset being a number of slots between receiving DL data and transmitting ACK/NACK feedback. The UE communicate with the base station based at least on one of the MCS being less than or equal to the MCS threshold or the K1 offset being greater than or equal to the K1 offset threshold.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may measure a frequency selectivity of a channel between the UE and a base station and may transmit signaling to the base station indicating one or both of a frequency selectivity metric or a recommended demodulation reference signal (DMRS) port multiplexing pattern based on measuring the frequency selectivity. In some aspects, the UE may transmit the signaling to assist the base station in configuring a DMRS port multiplexing pattern based on current channel conditions. For example, if the frequency selectivity metric satisfies a threshold, the UE may recommend a DMRS port multiplexing pattern absent of code division multiplexing (CDM). Alternatively, if the frequency selectivity metric fails to satisfy the threshold, the UE may recommend a DMRS port multiplexing patter including CDM.

Abstract: Enhancement of uplink transmissions with survival time or delay sensitive data is discussed. A set of time sensitive resources is preconfigured for one or more user equipment (UEs). A serving base station communicates an identification of the configured time sensitive resources to the UEs. Upon detection of time sensitive data for transmission, a UE may send a time sensitive scheduling request to the base station that indicates the UE will be transmitting time sensitive data on the configured resources. When shared amount multiple UEs, the serving base station may send availability signals to the other UEs when the configured time sensitive resources are being used by another UE and when the configured resources are available again. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

Abstract: Various aspects of the disclosure relate to beam information for independent links. For example, beam information for one link may be sent on at least one other link. In some aspects, the independent links may involve a first device (e.g., a user equipment) communicating via different independent links with different devices (e.g., transmit receive points (TRPs) or sets of TRPs). For example, the first device may communicate with a second device (e.g., a TRP) via a first link and communicate with a third device (e.g., a TRP) via a second link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate beam switching for at least one other link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate link recovery for at least one other link. In some scenarios, one link can indicate link failure for at least one other link.

Where multiple TTIs are configured for CBG transmission, the base station may select to signal CBG transmission indications and/or transport block (TB)-level new data indicator (NDI) for each of the configured TTIs along with an index of the TTIs that CBG transmission indicators are sent for. The base station may select to add one or more CBG transmission indications based on the predetermined payload size of the transmission indication signal of the physical downlink control channel (PDCCH).

According to some aspects, the joint RO and PO slot corresponds to a plurality of contiguous slots that collectively include a plurality of RO and PO combinations scheduled consecutively in time.

Abstract: This disclosure provides methods for transmissions and retransmissions over a configured grant (CG) physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) and for transmissions over physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) resources in multi-transmission and reception point (TRP) deployments. A user equipment (UE) may receive signaling configuring a first set of power control parameters and a second set of power control parameters for a CG-PUSCH resource. Additionally or alternatively, the UE may receive signaling activating a first closed-loop power control operation and a second closed-loop power control operation for a PUCCH resource. In some scenarios, the UE may receive a fallback downlink control information (DCI) format activating or scheduling the CG-PUSCH resource or indicating the PUCCH resource. In such scenarios, the UE may employ one or both of a power control selection rule or a transmit power control (TPC) command application rule for a transmission over the CG-PUSCH resource or the PUCCH resource.

In an aspect, a transmitter base station determines a configuration for a radio frequency (RF) sensing signal, the configuration determined based at least in part on coordination among a plurality of base stations, and transmits the RF sensing signal to at least one receiver base station based on the configuration. In an aspect, a receiver base station receives a configuration for an RF sensing signal, the configuration determined based at least in part on coordination among a plurality of base stations, receives, from at least one transmitter base station, the RF sensing signal, and detects at least one target object based, at least in part, on reception of the RF sensing signal.
