Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an array substrate and a manufacturing method thereof, a display panel, and a display apparatus. The array substrate includes: a base substrate; a first conductive layer on a side of the base substrate; the first insulating layer on a side of the first conductive layer away from the base substrate; and a second conductive layer on a side of the first insulating layer away from the first conductive layer. The array substrate includes a pixel region and a signal input region, and a portion of the first insulating layer in the pixel region has a thickness less than that of a portion of the first insulating layer in the signal input region.
