摘要: An eSIM device configuration system, method and apparatus and a storage medium are disclosed, which relate to the technical field of communication. The eSIM device configuration system includes an eSIM device, an eSIM operation terminal and an eSIM management terminal. The eSIM device detects a wireless environment to obtain wireless information and reports the wireless information to the eSIM operation terminal. The eSIM operation terminal selects a proper integrate circuit card identity according to the wireless information. The eSIM management terminal generates a Profile according to the integrate circuit card identity and sends the Profile to the eSIM device for activation, and selects a proper Profile by selecting a proper integrate circuit card identity to be written into the eSIM device, thus optimizing a communication network of the eSIM device.

摘要: A method is provided which includes receiving location information, performing a selection operation to select an International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) for obtaining temporary bootstrap connectivity, and attempting to register with a network using the selected IMSI. The selection operation is configured to select one of a first plurality of IMSIs in a first location and one of a second, different, plurality of IMSIs in a second location. Each of the first plurality of IMSIs includes a first predetermined value for at least the first portion of each respective IMSI and each of the second plurality of IMSIs includes a second, different, predetermined value for at least the first portion of each respective IMSI. The selection operation comprises a first and second preconfigured selection characteristic. A network access element, host device, and network node, according to the method, are also described.

The techniques further include receiving a request at the first base station from a first mobile device and determining, using the first VPN connection, that the first mobile device does not have a recognized associated identifier, and in response assigning a mobile subscriber identifier. The techniques further include routing a first cellular communication from the first base station to the first mobile device using the identifier, receiving a second cellular communication at the first base station from the first mobile device, and routing the second cellular communication to at least one of: (i) the second base station using the second VPN connection or (ii) an external communication network.

In some aspects, a distributed unit (DU) associated with an integrated access and backhaul (IAB)-node may transmit, and a central unit (CU) may receive, a restriction indication that indicates a restriction for a physical cell identifier (PCI) configuration of a cell that is served by the DU. The restriction indication may include, for example, one or more PCI values that are not to be used for the PCI configuration of the cell, and/or may include one or more PCI values that are allowed to be used for the PCI configuration of the cell. The CU may transmit, and the DU may receive, a PCI configuration of the cell that is in accordance with the restriction indication. Numerous other aspects are described.

摘要: Multiple mobile cellular network (MCN) communication systems can be networked together to form a network of MCN communication systems (NOM). Each MCN communication system within the NOM can operate as an independent cellular network to provide communications between user equipment within a covered area. When a UE in one MCN of the NOM moves into a different MCN of the NOM, the corresponding MCN communication systems can handover the UE. The UE can also be handed over between MCN communication systems when the MCN communication systems move.
