摘要: A radio apparatus that has a high heat dissipation performance and can be manufactured at a low cost is provided. A radio apparatus includes a heat dissipation part that dissipates heat generated by a heat generation source to the outside. The heat dissipation part is composed of a solid material, and includes a heat dissipation plate and a plurality of heat dissipation fins provided in the heat dissipation plate, the plurality of heat dissipation fins being disposed on a side of the heat dissipation plate where a radiating element or a reflective element is disposed. The heat dissipation fins form a periodic structure along at least one direction on the heat dissipation plate. Tips of the plurality of heat dissipation fins form a virtual reflective surface that reflects incident waves to the plurality of heat dissipation fins.

摘要: A deployable spacecraft element which has a solar energy collection and conversion means on one side of the deployable element and a radio frequency reflecting means on the other side of the deployable element. While the solar collection and conversion means and the radio frequency reflecting means are nominally oriented in opposite spatial directions and dependent on the orientation of the spacecraft to orient for solar collection or radio frequency transmission, one or more deployable elements may be mounted to a gimbal to allow for simultaneous solar collection and radio frequency collection by the spacecraft.

摘要: A radio frequency identification (RFID) enabled mirror includes a mirror comprising a reflective layer. The reflective layer comprises at least one layer of a metallic material. At least one portion of the reflective layer is removed to form a booster antenna from a remaining portion of the reflective layer. A dielectric coating is applied to the mirror where the reflective layer was removed. The RFID-enabled mirror further includes an RFID chip coupled to the booster antenna.

摘要: A hybrid radiating element may comprise a dielectric substrate having a thickness, a top surface and a bottom surface, and an electrically conductive patch disposed on the top surface of the dielectric substrate. The hybrid radiating element may further comprise a graphene stub disposed on the top surface of the dielectric substrate. The graphene stub may be contiguous with, and electrically coupled to, the electrically conductive patch. The hybrid radiating element may further comprise an electrically conductive layer disposed on the bottom surface of the dielectric substrate. An array of hybrid radiating elements may be arranged in a grid pattern of M rows and N columns. A codebook set of biasing voltages may be arranged to drive the radiating elements in the array as a phase transformation matrix, thereby manipulating the reflection of an incoming electromagnetic wave.

摘要: The present invention relates to an RF module for an antenna, and an antenna apparatus comprising same. In particular, the RF module comprises: a unit RF filter body arranged on the front surface of a main board; a radiating element unit disposed on the front surface of the unit RF filter body; and a reflector panel which is formed to be wider than the area of the vertical cross-section of the unit RF filter body while forming the front surface of the unit RF filter body, and grounds (GND) the radiating element unit, wherein a plurality of cavities opened outward to the left and right are respectively formed on the left and right sides of the unit RF filter body, each cavity comprises a left filter unit and a right filter unit which have a built-in resonator so as to perform different frequency filtering, and the left filter unit and the right filter unit are electrically connected to the radiating element unit by passing through the reflector panel. Accordingly, an advantage of ameliorating the overall PIM problem is provided.
