摘要: The present invention provides a class of magnetic hydrogels with tissue-mimetic mechanical properties and photothermal welding/healing capability. In these hydrogels, a hybrid network involving aramid nanofibers, functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles, and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is accomplished by a stepwise assembly of the functional components. The engineered interactions between nanoscale constituents enable facile materials processing and confer a combination of excellent mechanical properties, magnetism, water content and porosity.

摘要: A semiconductor package includes a VLSI semiconductor die and one or more output circuits connected to supply power to the die mounted to a package substrate. The output circuit(s), which include a transformer and rectification circuitry, provide current multiplication at an essentially fixed conversion ratio, K, in the semiconductor package, receiving AC power at a relatively high voltage and delivering DC power at a relatively low voltage to the die. The output circuits may be connected in series or parallel as needed. A driver circuit may be provided outside the semiconductor package for receiving power from a source and driving the transformer in the output circuit(s), preferably with sinusoidal currents. The driver circuit may drive a plurality of output circuits. The semiconductor package may require far fewer interface connections for supplying power to the die.

摘要: A preparation method of a perfluoropolyether-based magnetic liquid includes dispersing magnetic nanoparticles coated with graphene oxide into a solution of N,N-dimethylformamide to obtain solution A; dispersing a surfactant into dichloromethane, and adding triethylamine as a cosolvent to obtain solution B; mixing the solution A and the solution B uniformly, heating them under reflux and stirring them for a modification reaction; and after the modification reaction is completed, washing and drying a reaction product to obtain the modified magnetic nanoparticles coated with the graphene oxide; dispersing the modified magnetic nanoparticles coated with the graphene oxide into a base carrier liquid to prepare the perfluoropolyether-based magnetic liquid. The surfactant is a perfluoroalkylamine. The base carrier liquid is a perfluoropolyether oil. The modification reaction is performed at a temperature of 50 to 120° C. for a time period of 20 to 50 hours.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method comprising disposing a container containing a metal and/or ferromagnetic solid and abrasive particles in a static magnetic field; where the container is surrounded by an induction coil; activating the induction coil with an electrical current, to heat up the metallic or ferromagnetic solid to form a fluid; generating sonic energy to produce acoustic cavitation and abrasion between the abrasive particles and the container; and producing nanoparticles that comprise elements from the container, the metal and/or the ferromagnetic solid and the abrasive particles. Disclosed herein too is a composition comprising first metal or a first ceramic; and particles comprising carbides and/or nitrides dispersed therein. Disclosed herein too is a composition comprising nanoparticles comprising chromium carbide, iron carbide, nickel carbide, γ-Fe and magnesium nitride.

摘要: A recharging system for recharging batteries or providing power to an implantable device includes an electric coil adapted to be coupled to the implantable device, the electric coil defining a coil interior and a coil exterior. A magnetic component is coupled to the electric coil and adapted to at least partially surround the implantable device. A mechanical actuator is attached to the magnetic component, the mechanical actuator converting compression motion into motion of the magnetic component relative to the electric coil.

摘要: Provided are a reliable high-voltage system and a failure diagnosis method thereof, in which a vibration damping mechanism using an electrorheological fluid as a working fluid is a load, and can prevent electric shock due to leakage current and the influence on surrounding electronic devices. There are provided a first circuit that includes a power source and a ground, a second circuit that is magnetically coupled to the first circuit via a transformer and includes a load connected to the ground, a controller that is connected to the ground, a third circuit that is connected to the second circuit and the ground, a first resistor that is provided between a connection point at a high potential end of the second circuit and the ground, and a second resistor that is provided between a connection point at a low potential end of the second circuit and the ground, and has a resistance value different from a resistance value of the first resistor.

The method includes: a step of providing a push member on a side of the base member opposite to a side on which the semiconductor chip is disposed and moving the push member in a direction adjacent to the semiconductor chip; and a step of separating the semiconductor chip, moved together with the push member, from the base member through a pick-up unit. The adhesive member and the push member are each magnetized such that repulsive forces act on each other.
