Abstract: A method of performing a circuit opening and closing operation in a power system having a first phase, a second phase), and a third phase, the method including a) opening only a reference phase among the first phase, the second phase and the third phase such that a reference current of the reference phase is interrupted at a first current zero crossing after the opening; b) opening the remaining phases after step a); c) closing only the reference phase and a phase lagging the reference phase by 120° simultaneously or essentially simultaneously at a closing phase angle of a phase to ground voltage of the reference phase of 320°±70° when the current zero crossing is a positive current zero crossing, or of 140°±70° when the current zero crossing is a negative current zero crossing; and d) closing the phase lagging the reference phase by 240° after step c).

Abstract: Scenario discriminative hybrid motion control for robots and methods of use are disclosed herein. A method may include determining a number of objects in a space, determining when a goal is within the space, and selectively switching between a plurality of control schemes based on the number of objects in the space and whether the goal is within the space. The plurality of control schemes including a model predictive control scheme, a simplified model predictive control scheme, and a proportional-integral-derivative scheme. Selectively switching between the plurality of control schemes reduces power consumption of an automated system compared to when the automated system utilizes only the model predictive control scheme.

Abstract: A vibration suppression method for a servo motor and a load multistage drive system is provided. For a number N of fixed vibration frequencies and one vibration frequency varying with a load position existing in a multistage drive mechanism, a number of N+1 vibration suppression filters are adopted, and each filter is configured to eliminate a corresponding vibration frequency. Fixed vibration frequencies and a vibration frequency varying with a load position in a multistage drive system are measured by using an offline method, and the varied vibration frequencies are made into a two-dimensional table related to the load positions. The fixed vibration frequencies are eliminated by using fixed-frequency parameter vibration suppression filters; and the varied vibration frequencies are eliminated by using a variable-frequency parameter vibration suppression filter, and the vibration frequencies are obtained in real time according to the load positions and the two-dimensional table.

The electrical capacitance in the intermediate circuit is determined from the voltage in the intermediate circuit measured by the DC voltage converter. Also described is a motor vehicle, which includes an electric drive system for implementing the method.

The predicted value shaping algorithm (G) uses parameters of a control model (P) of the controlled object.
