    摘要: Provided is a pressure detection device that can suppress variation in the pressure detection characteristics of a pressure detection unit from occurring due to individual differences in the shape of flow passage units, variation in work in mounting the flow passage unit on the pressure detection unit, or the like. The pressure detection device including: a pressure detection unit; a flow passage unit; and a mounting unit configured to removably mount the flow passage unit on the pressure detection unit. The pressure detection unit has a pressure detecting diaphragm and a sensor rod arranged at the center part of a first surface of the pressure detecting diaphragm. The flow passage unit has a flow passage diaphragm, and a displacement of the flow passage diaphragm in contact with the top surface is transmitted to the pressure detecting diaphragm via the sensor rod.

    摘要: A connection structure of a diaphragm pressure gauge contains: a holder, a coupling sleeve, a disc, a curved abutting bar, a fixing element, a case, a screw element, a circular film, and a defining element. The holder is connected to the coupling sleeve, multiple spaced ribs of the holder extend out of the coupling sleeve, and the holder includes the multiple spaced ribs. One of the multiple spaced ribs has at least one spaced protrusion, the disc includes at least one first locating orifice, the curved abutting bar includes a second locating orifice, and the at least one first locating orifice is fitted with the second locating orifice. The curved abutting bar abuts against the fixing element, and the defining element, the circular film and the screw element are connected below the fixing element to produce the diaphragm pressure gauge. The case is covered on the diaphragm pressure gauge.

    摘要: An over-pressure indicator, including a cup-shaped body having, on its bottom, a hole inside which is sealably housed a mobile element loaded by a spring towards the bottom of the cup-shaped body, the mobile element facing an indicator sensitive part for communication with an area where pressure verification is wanted. The mobile element coupled with a signaller of a movement thereof. The spring pressed by a pre-loading ring nut screwed onto the cup-shaped body. The nut torsionally removably coupled with a calibration cap of the indicator. The calibration cap having at least one stop that, when it abuts against a portion of the cup-shaped body, limits further screwing of the nut thus determining pressure beyond which mobile element movement is allowed. The movement causing intervention of the indicator so by coupling the suitable calibration cap and indicator and screwing it in fully, setting the indicator intervention pressure is possible.
