    摘要: A CIPP liner reel system for managing the utilization and deployment of CIPP liners. The CIPP liner reel system generally includes a frame connected to a reel and drive unit. The drive unit is connected to the reel to control the rotation of its core. This core contains an opening that provides access to a connector unit within the core. This connector unit can be used to connect the reel to the end of a CIPP liner using a strap. Rotation of the core causes CIPP liner to wind on to or unwind from the reel. The reel may also contain a left guide member and a right guide member to assist in controlling the process of winding and unwinding the CIPP liner. The frame may also include a tractor connector that enables the CIPP liner reel system to be coupled to and transported by a tractor without affecting its operation.

    摘要: Embodiments presented provide a modular repair enclosure for repairing or sealing leaks or potential leaks in a pipe. In some embodiments, the modular repair enclosure comprises three or more interchangeable enclosure sections that, when assembled around a section of pipe, seal the section of pipe and provide containment for any leaks in the section of pipe. The use of three or more interchangeable enclosure sections allows much thinner materials to be used to construct enclosure compared to a 2-piece enclosure, and also results in much less wasted material. Such an arrangement allows significant cost savings to be realized. These interchangeable enclosure sections can also be pre-manufactured and stocked in inventory, allowing for much faster response times to make the repair on a leaking pipe, where conventional methods would require custom manufacturing.

    摘要: A hot bolt clamp and method for repairing a multi-bolt flange of a pipe. The clamp has enclosures that can be assembled around the multi-bolt flange. The clamp has a central opening extending through a first enclosure face and a second enclosure face for the pipe. The clamp includes a flange bolt cavities extending through the enclosure faces configured to enclose flange bolts and having a cutter channel connected to each flange bolt cavity. Restraint bolts extend through the enclosure face to restrain the multi-bolt flange. Flange bolts can be removed and replaced during the repair operation. A cutter tool apparatus can be extended through each cutter channel for use in removing stuck flange bolts. The clamp forms an injectable void around the multi-bolt flange that is injectable with sealant in the event of a loss of gasket integrity during the repair operation.
