Abstract: A mounting bracket for a cord reel assembly is provided. The bracket includes a base plate and a pair of side rails. The base plate has one or more mounting openings. The pair of side rails define a keyway between each of the side rails and the base plate. An assembly of a cord reel and the mounting bracket are also provided, as is a method of a method of installing a cord reel using the mounting bracket. In some embodiments, at least one rail of the pair of side rails includes a tongue extending therefrom. The tongue is configured for securement of a supply device thereto.

Abstract: A countertop barrier device for provision of a sanitary barrier between an article and a countertop includes a tubular housing, which is selectively mountable to a surface proximate to a back edge of a countertop so that the tubular housing is removably mounted to the surface and substantially parallel to the back edge. A slot is positioned in the tubular housing and extends from proximate to opposed ends of the tubular housing. A mat is selectively extensible from and retractable into the tubular housing through the slot. A fastener is engaged to the mat proximate to a leading edge of the mat. The fastener engages the countertop proximate to a front edge of the countertop so that the mat covers a portion of the countertop. An article can be positioned on the mat without the article coming into contact with the countertop.

Abstract: A magnetic retractable line divider may include at least a reel assembly having a shell, and a magnetic portion is installed thereon. An elastic line divider belt is wound on the reel assembly, and a magnetic member is connected to a lateral end of the line divider belt. Abstract: An automated pipe clearer that is permanently mounted to a building. The pipe clearer has a spool of cable that extends a head assembly down a pipe. The sealed head assembly contains a motor and has a tip at a forward end. A computer control actuates a feeder to extend the cable and connected head assembly down a pipe towards a clog. When the clog is cleared the feeder re-spools the cable leaving the head assembly in the pipe ready for the next clearing operation.
