摘要: A hydraulic device for a work vehicle includes a device body, a plug, and a filler insert. The device body includes a wall structure between surfaces defining internal passages including an access passage having a first diameter extending from an access opening in the device body to a hydraulic fluid passage extending through the wall structure from an entry opening in a first surface to an exit opening in a second surface to deliver hydraulic fluid through the wall structure. A plug is mounted to the device body to close the access opening. A filler insert is proximate the plug and has a shank having a circular cross-section of a second diameter that is less than the first diameter so as to be decoupled from the inner wall surface of the access passage. An annular space around the shank in the access passage allows the hydraulic fluid to encircle at least a part of the shank of the filler insert.

摘要: A work apparatus has a drive motor and a work tool driven in a rotating manner by the drive motor. The work tool is at least partially covered by a protective hood which is mounted pivotably about the rotational axis of the work tool. A control unit is provided for controlling at least one component of the work apparatus. The work apparatus has a detection unit for detecting at least one position of the protective hood. The control unit is configured for controlling the at least one component of the work apparatus depending on the detected position of the protective hood. In a method for operating a work apparatus, the detection unit detects at least one position of the protective hood and supplies the information to the control unit. The control unit activates the at least one component depending on the detected position of the protective hood.

摘要: A method of operating a transmission which is shifted to various operating conditions by engaging shifting elements. At least one of the shifting elements is an interlocking shifting element which has to be engaged to obtain at least one defined operating condition of the transmission during which force flows between an input and an output shaft. When a command is received to engage the interlocking shifting element, a rotational speed of the transmission input shaft is displaced in the direction toward a synchronous rotational speed produced in the engaged operating condition of the interlocking shifting element at least as a function of the rotational speed of the transmission output shaft. When the variation of the rotational speed of the transmission input shaft crosses a predefined rotational speed threshold, the interlocking shifting element is actuated in its engaging direction.

摘要: A transmission includes a transmission input element, a transmission output element and a gear ratio changing system in a torque path between the transmission input element and the transmission output element. A torsional vibration damping arrangement with an input region and an output region is provided in the torque path. A first torque transmission path and, parallel thereto, a second torque transmission path, and a coupling arrangement for superposing the torques transmitted via the torque transmission paths, are provided between the input region and the output region. The torsional vibration damping arrangement includes a phase shifter arrangement for generating a phase shift of rotational irregularities transmitted via the first torque transmission path relative to rotational irregularities transmitted via the second torque transmission path.

摘要: A drive mechanism effects a rotary power output in a selected one of opposite first and second power output directions in response to a reciprocating power input resulting from substantially linear forces applied to the drive mechanism. The drive mechanism includes input bevel gears meshed with corresponding output bevel gears coupled to a common power output shaft through clutches that effect a rotary power output at the power output shaft in response to the reciprocating power input from the substantially linear forces. Opposite crank arms are coupled with the input bevel gears such that each crank arm is advanced by an applied substantially linear force, and is retracted upon advancement of the opposite crank arm. A selector enables selection of either one of the opposite directions of rotation of the power output shaft, without requiring a change in the manner in which the linear force input is applied.

摘要: A rotation transmission device includes coaxial input and output shafts (1 and 2), a pair of opposed bevel gears (3 and 4) rotatably mounted around the input shaft (1), and an intermediate bevel gear (5) meshing with the opposed bevel gears (3 and 4). The output shaft (2) and one of the opposed bevel gears (3) are rotationally fixed to each other. A first one-way clutch (6) is provided through which the rotation of the input shaft (1) is transmitted to the one of the opposed bevel gears (3). A second one-way clutch (7) is provided through which the rotation of the input shaft (1) in the reverse direction is transmitted to the other of the opposed bevel gears (4). Thus, the output shaft (2) can be rotated in the normal direction irrespective of whether the input shaft (1) is rotated in the normal direction or in the reverse direction.

摘要: A method of operating a transmission device having gears that are engaged by actuating shifting elements. At least one of the shifting elements is an interlocking shifting element which has to be engaged in at least one gear to transmit drive between an input and an output shaft. When a command is received to engage the interlocking shifting element, a rotational speed of the input shaft is displaced in the direction toward a synchronous rotation speed produced in the engaged operating condition of the interlocking shifting element at least as a function of the rotational speed of the output shaft. The engagement process of the interlocking shifting element from its disengaged operating condition is discontinued if, before reaching the synchronous rotational speed, the variation of the rotational speed of the input shaft crosses a predefined rotational speed threshold without initiating engagement of the interlocking shifting element.
