    Abstract: Systems and a method for a clutch assembly are provided. In one example, a wet clutch for an electric motor includes a plurality of friction plates connected to a clutch hub; a plurality of separator plates connected to a drum and interleaved with the plurality of friction plates, a gear coupled to the electric motor; and a one-way clutch integrated into the wet clutch so as to be positioned between the gear and the clutch hub to allow free rotation in a predetermined direction while the wet clutch is hydraulically actuated and the friction plates and the separator plates rotate at the same speed thus avoiding drag losses.

    Abstract: A clutch assembly comprises at least one controllable friction clutch for variable torque transmission between a clutch input part and a clutch output part; a hydraulic actuator assembly for actuating the friction clutch, the actuator assembly comprising a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic chamber in which hydraulic pressure for the friction clutch is built up by the hydraulic pump and a return flow element with an orifice, via which hydraulic fluid can flow out of the hydraulic chamber into a housing reservoir when the hydraulic pump is not actuated, wherein the hydraulic fluid defines a filling level in the housing reservoir; wherein an outlet opening of the return flow element lies below the filling level of the hydraulic fluid in a inactive state.

    Abstract: A clutch device includes a clutch center, and a pressure plate movable toward or away from the clutch center, rotatable relative to the clutch center, and operable to press input-side rotating plates and output-side rotating plates. The pressure plate holds the output-side rotating plates and includes pressure-side fitting teeth projecting radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of an outer peripheral wall and arranged in circumferential directions, and an oil channel in an end portion of at least one of the pressure-side fitting teeth in a first direction. The oil channel allows clutch oil flowing at least at an inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall to be discharged to the outside of the pressure plate.

    Abstract: A clutch device includes a pressure plate movable toward or away from a clutch center, rotatable relative to the clutch center, and operable to press input-side rotating plates and output-side rotating plates. The clutch center includes an oil passage, at least a portion of which is located in an inner peripheral surface of an outer peripheral wall to guide clutch oil to a center-side fitting portion. The pressure plate includes a pressure-side recess on an outer peripheral surface of a pressure-side fitting portion, recessed radially inward from the outer peripheral surface over the entire outer peripheral surface in movement directions, and continuous with the pressure-side cam hole when seen in movement directions. The pressure-side recess communicates with the oil passage.

In one example, a hydraulic system includes a lubrication valve included in a lubricant line and designed to adjust a flow of lubricant to a multi-disc wet clutch. The hydraulic system further includes a clutch line coupled to a clutch control valve, where the clutch line is in fluidic communication with a hydraulic fluid to a clutch actuator of the multi-disc wet clutch and a passive adjustment device of the lubrication valve and where the passive adjustment device transitions the lubrication valve between a limited flow state and an open flow state based on a pressure of the hydraulic fluid in the clutch line.
