    摘要: A method for producing a multi-layered wet friction material includes providing a bottom layer, providing a top layer produced independently of the bottom layer from different materials, and bonding the bottom layer to the top layer. The bottom layer and the top layer may be produced from different formulations and supplied as raw papers. A formulation of the top layer may include twenty to sixty percent (20%-60%) filler, ten to forty percent (10%-40%) wood pulp, five to ten percent (5%-10%) aramid, and twenty-five to thirty-five percent (25%-35%) phenolic resin. A formulation of the bottom layer may include ten to fifty percent (10%-50%) filler, ten to forty percent (10%-40%) wood pulp, five to ten percent (5%-10%) aramid, five to fifteen percent (5%-15%) carbon, and twenty-five to thirty-five percent (25%-35%) phenolic resin.

The annular-disc-like friction surface is formed from a paper material and includes a meso-geometric or a micro-geometric uneven portion in order to create an axially deep friction region and an axially high friction region in the annular-disc-like friction surface. The axially high friction region is more strongly preloaded than the axially deep friction region when the annular-disc-like friction surface and the mating surface are axially pressed together.

    摘要: A friction plate includes an annular groove pattern formed by first friction lining pads arranged between a radial outside and a radial center of the friction plate and second friction lining pads arranged between the radial center and a radial inside of the friction plate. The first friction lining have a triangular geometry at the radial outside and a rhomboid-shaped geometry at the radial center, and repeating in a circumferential direction. The second friction lining pads have a pentagonal geometry formed by a triangular geometry immediately adjacent to a rectangular geometry, and repeating in the circumferential direction. The annular groove pattern includes first segmentation grooves between respective ones of the first friction lining pads, second segmentation grooves between respective ones of the second friction lining pads, and a central segmentation groove separating the first friction lining pads from the second friction lining pads.

    摘要: A wet multi-plate clutch includes a plate carrier with a pair of fluid passage openings and a friction plate rotationally fixed and axially displaceable relative to the plate carrier. The friction plate has a carrier element and a pair friction pads fastened to the carrier element and delimiting a groove. The groove includes a groove geometrical center line. The groove geometrical center line may extend radially through a one of the pair of fluid passage openings, or it may extend radially between the pair of fluid passage openings. If the groove geometrical center line extend radially between the pair of fluid passage openings, one of the pair of friction pads may include a pad geometrical center line extending along a radial extent through a one of the pair of fluid passage openings.
