    Abstract: According to an embodiment, it is a clutch arrangement comprising a first rotating means with at least one friction unit and a second rotating means with at least one pressure unit; wherein the friction unit is configured to be moved between an opened position and a closed position, wherein in the closed position, a force is transmitted between the first rotating means and the second rotating means and wherein in the opened position, no force is transmitted between the first rotating means and the second rotating means; at least one shim means arranged at the first rotating means, whereby the shim means are configured to prevent a contact between the friction unit and the pressure unit, when the friction unit is in the opened position; and wherein the clutch arrangement is configured to be a component of a vehicle.

    Abstract: A clutch device includes a clutch center, and a pressure plate movable toward or away from the clutch center, rotatable relative to the clutch center, and operable to press input-side rotating plates and output-side rotating plates. The clutch center includes center-side fitting teeth holding the input-side rotating plates and the output-side rotating plates, projecting radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of an outer peripheral wall, and arranged in circumferential directions, and an oil channel in an end portion of at least one of the center-side fitting teeth in a second direction. The oil channel allows clutch oil flowing at least at an inner peripheral surface of the outer peripheral wall to be discharged to outside of the clutch center.

    Abstract: A clutch device includes a pressure plate movable toward and away from a clutch center to press input-side rotating plates and output-side rotating plates. An oil flow hole is located in a spline groove to penetrate an outer peripheral wall of the clutch center, to enable clutch oil having flowed out of an output shaft to be discharged to outside of the clutch center, and located between an end of a center-side slipper cam surface in a second circumferential direction and a center-side cam hole located ahead, in the first circumferential direction, of the end in the second circumferential direction, in the circumferential directions. A through hole is located ahead, in the first circumferential direction, of the end of the center-side slipper cam surface in the first circumferential to guide clutch oil flowing outside the clutch center to the inside of the clutch center.

    Abstract: A hub unit for a clutch of a vehicle with a handlebar has both a servo function when closing and a slipper function via the sliding motion of at least one pin along respective inclined and facing tracks. The hub unit includes a hub connected to an output shaft of a vehicle engine and having an axis of rotation, a plurality of guides rigidly connected to the hub, an axial stop rigidly connected to the hub, a disc pressure flange movable in a direction parallel to the guides, and at least one spring. The hub defines at least a first track and a second track facing in an axial direction and arranged in a direction not parallel to the axis of rotation. The disc pressure flange includes at least one pin projecting in a substantially radial direction and arranged in contact with the first track and the second track.

    Abstract: A clutch includes a drive disc, a driven disc, and a friction plate unit capable of engaging or disengaging the drive disc with or from the driven disc, the friction plate unit including a first friction plate assembly and a second friction plate assembly, the clutch further including a pressing unit configured to engage or disengage the drive disc with or from the driven disc selectively by the first friction plate assembly alone or by a combination of the first friction plate assembly and the second friction plate assembly. Such an arrangement enables the clutch to select an appropriate number of friction plates as required for engagement, solving the problem that in existing multi-plate clutches, it is impossible to select an appropriate number of friction plates to participate in work to make the clutches obtain optimal performance according to different working conditions of the automobile.

    Abstract: A friction clutch for coupling a drive shaft of a motor vehicle engine to a transmission input shaft of a motor vehicle transmission includes a lamina, an axially movable contact plate, and a plurality of friction disks. The lamina has a first friction surface facing in a first axial direction, and a second friction surface facing in a second axial direction, opposite the first axial direction. The contact plate has a plurality of holders arranged to hold the lamina. Each of the holders forms a positive connection with the lamina in the circumferential direction, and each of the first friction surface and the second friction surface is frictionally connectible to a friction disk to transmit torque. A first friction disk is arranged to be positioned between a counter plate and the lamina, and a second friction disk is positioned between the lamina and the contact plate.
