摘要: The present disclosure relates to a method and an apparatus for controlling a lubricant flow rate in a wet clutch. The method comprising: determining a clutch state as an open state, a closed state or a slipping state; determining a clutch temperature and a sump lubricant temperature; based at least on the clutch state, the clutch temperature and the sump lubricant temperature, selecting one out of a plurality of maps, wherein each map maps one or more operating parameters of the clutch on a target lubricant flow rate; determining a target lubricant flow rate based on the one or more operating parameters according to the selected map; and controlling a lubricant flow control device based on the determined target lubricant flow rate.

摘要: An electric powertrain includes a first electric motor that has an uninterrupted connection with a drive shaft of a vehicle. The electric powertrain further includes a second electric motor that has an interruptible connection with the drive shaft. In one form, this interruptible connection includes a clutch. The electric powertrain further includes a first gear train in the form of a first planetary gear and a second gear train in the form of a second planetary gear. The clutch in one variation includes a positive clutch in the form of a dog clutch. The dog clutch has a clutch suspension configured to deflect a clutch collar when gearing is misaligned during shifting.

摘要: Methods and systems for an electric drive axle of a vehicle are provided. An electric drive axle system includes, in one example, an electric motor-generator rotationally coupled to a gear train. The gear train includes an output shaft rotationally coupled to a gear assembly axially offset from an input shaft rotationally coupled to the electric motor-generator, where the gear assembly is rotationally coupled to a differential and the differential is rotationally coupled to an axle, a first clutch assembly is configured to rotationally couple and decouple a first gear set from the output shaft, and a second clutch assembly is configured to rotationally couple and decouple a second gear set from the output shaft, the second gear set having a different gear ratio than the first gear set.

The electric machine having a stator and a rotor arranged radially within the stator. The hybrid module having at least one hydraulically cooled friction clutch arranged radially within the rotor. A cooling device is provided that is configured to cool a plurality of friction surfaces of the at least one friction clutch and which has an annular collecting region coupled to the rotor for conjoint rotation therewith and entraining a hydraulic medium during operation, as well as a scoop section, which is secured to the housing and projects into the collecting region and via which the hydraulic medium is fed to a retaining chamber during operation.

摘要: A clutch assembly includes a clutch housing, a clutch hub, a clutch pack and an oil deflector. The clutch pack includes at least one friction plate connected to one of the clutch housing and the clutch hub and at least one separator plate connected to the other of the clutch housing and the clutch hub. The oil deflector includes a circumferential wall and a flange. The circumferential wall includes a drain slot. The flange extends radially outwardly from an end of the circumferential wall and is mounted to one of the at least one separator plate and the at least one friction plate. The circumferential wall and the first flange cooperate to define a channel. Lubricant flowing along the clutch housing flows to the channel where the lubricant is directed away from the clutch pack and out of the drain slot.

摘要: A hybrid module housing includes a bulkhead. The bulkhead has a first radial channel for providing a clutch apply pressure, a second radial channel for providing a clutch cooling flow, and a third radial channel for providing a motor cooling flow. In an example embodiment, the third radial channel is arranged to be on a bottom half of the hybrid module housing when the hybrid module housing is installed in a vehicle. In an example embodiment, the first radial channel and the second radial channel are open at a radially outer surface of the bulkhead, and the third radial channel is sealed at the radially outer surface of the bulkhead. In an example embodiment, the third radial channel includes an axial passage open at a radial wall of the bulkhead.

摘要: A dual clutch unit includes an outer disk carrier rotationally driven about a rotation axis, first and second inner disk carriers, first and second disk packs for torque transmission between the outer disk carrier and the respective inner disk carrier, wherein the first and second inner disk carriers are arranged rotatably relative to each other about the rotation axis, a central oil supply to supply the first and second disk packs with coolant, a first distributor channel being formed in the first inner disk carrier and comprising a feed opening through which the first distributor channel is fluidly connected to the central oil supply, a second distributor channel being formed in the second inner disk carrier and being fluidly connected to the central oil supply via the first distributor channel, and drain channels being formed in the inner disk carriers to conduct the coolant into the disk packs.
