    摘要: An attachment structure is for attaching a compressor to an attachment surface of an attachment target member. The compressor is a scroll type compressor and has a housing, a fixed scroll and a movable scroll. The housing is fixed to the attachment surface. The fixed scroll is fixed inside the housing and has a fixed-side tooth having a scroll shape. The movable scroll has a movable-side tooth having a scroll shape and engaging with the fixed-side tooth. The movable scroll revolves with respect to the fixed scroll. A central axis around which the movable scroll revolves is parallel with the attachment surface. A vibration direction, which is included in a radial direction of the compressor and in which a vibration component becomes largest, is different from a normal direction when viewed in an axial direction of the central axis.

    摘要: Application of a positive displacement pump to the pumping of helium at very low temperatures. Positive displacement pumps, formed from mobile components (35, 36), which deliver gas volumes to pumping chambers, have the advantage of operating under satisfactory conditions for significant temperature, pressure and gas flow rate variations. They are therefore preferred as compared with the hitherto used centrifugal pumps and have means enabling them to operate at very low temperatures.

    摘要: A pneumatic system which in the preferred embodiment includes a pump having a primary suction port and a secondary suction port, with the pump being operable for generating vacuum pressures at both such ports. A first vacuum operated system is coupled to the primary suction port and a second vacuum operated system is coupled to the secondary suction port, and a predetermined, preferably selectively adjustable, orifice is established between the first and second vacuum operated systems for enabling vacuum airflow generated at the first suction port to augment the airflow through the second vacuum operated system. In an alternative embodiment, separate standard vacuum pumps are coupled to the first and second vacuum operated systems.
