摘要: A scroll compressor includes a discharge port formed at a central portion thereof, a pair of two compression chambers continuously moving toward the discharge port, and a plurality of bypass portions formed at each interval along a movement path of each compression chamber in the both compression chambers. Compression gradients of the both compression chambers are different from each other. An interval between a bypass portion closest to the discharge port and another bypass portion adjacent to the bypass portion among the bypass portions of each compression chamber is defined as a first interval. The first interval of a second bypass portion belonging to a compression chamber having a relatively larger compression gradient is smaller than the first interval of a first bypass portion belonging to the other compression chamber.

摘要: A variable capacity screw compressor comprises a suction port, at least two screw rotors and a discharge port being configured in relation to a selected rotational speed that operates at least one screw rotor at an optimum peripheral velocity that is independent of a peripheral velocity of the at least one screw rotor at a synchronous motor rotational speed for a rated screw compressor capacity. A motor is configured to drive the at least one screw rotor at a rotational speed at a full-load capacity that is substantially greater than the synchronous motor rotational speed at the rated screw compressor capacity. A variable speed drive receives a command signal from a controller and generates a control signal that drives the motor at the selected rotational speed.

Accordingly, elastic force may be supplied to the rear surface of the vane, to suppress or prevent trembling of the vane caused while the vane passes through a proximal portion during operation.

摘要: A scroll-type compressor includes a compression-chamber-forming member, a housing, an injection passage part, and a relief mechanism. The compression-chamber-forming member forms a compression chamber and has a movable scroll and a fixed scroll. The housing forms a back pressure chamber. Refrigerant to apply back pressure to the compression-chamber-forming member is accumulated in the back pressure chamber. The injection passage part is linked to the compression chamber. The relief mechanism is configured to establish a communication between the compression chamber and the back pressure chamber communicating when injection pressure of the refrigerant flowing from the injection passage part into the compression chamber is higher than the pressure in the back pressure chamber.

A muffler outlet is provided in each flared portion. A second outlet and a refrigerant path hole of an upper end plate are positioned on an inside of one of a plurality of flared portions, and an opening area of the muffler outlet of one flared portion is greater than an opening area of the muffler outlet of each of the other flared portions.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a rotary compressor capable of maintaining the overall dynamic balance and providing low vibration and low noise even at high speed operation and capable of improving efficiency by providing a communication passage to communicate operation chambers, which are provided inside each of the plurality of cylinders for compressing a refrigerant, to each other. The rotary-type compressor includes a housing, a drive motor provided inside the housing to generate power and having a stator and a rotor, and a compression unit that receives power from the drive motor and compresses the refrigerant. The compression unit includes a plurality of cylinders in which an operation chamber to compress the refrigerant is provided. The operation chambers provided in each of the plurality of cylinders are provided to have different volumes, and a balancer provided to maintain dynamic balance is provided only in the lower side of the rotor.
