    摘要: A swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device includes a movement restricting mechanism configured to restrict a movement of a spherical bushing relative to a rotating shaft toward a first side in an axial direction. The movement restricting mechanism is a restricting member such that a portion of the spherical bushing which portion is located at the first side in the axial direction contacts the restricting member. The swash plate type liquid-pressure rotating device further includes: a stopper attached to the rotating shaft; and a gap adjusting member. The gap adjusting member is inserted into a gap G3 formed between the stopper and the bearing when the spherical bushing, the retainer plate, the shoe, and the swash plate tightly contact one another in the axial direction. The gap adjusting member restricts a movement of the rotating shaft relative to the casing toward the first side in the axial direction.

    摘要: A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a cylinder drum having a substantially hollow cylindrical base body, and liners. The body includes cylinder bores located around a central axis. The liners have an outer diameter press-fitted into the bores such that an outer end face of each liner is positioned in a region of an opening of a respective bore, and such that an inner end face of each liner is positioned deep within the respective bore. An outer half of each liner, starting from the outer end face, includes an axially delimited circumferential recess in an outer casing surface of the liner. The machine is configured to operate with great forces acting between the liners and displacement pistons. The recess in each liner is shaped such that, in an axial section through the liner enclosing an axis of the liner, a depth of the recess increases more than once and decreases more than once.

    摘要: Disclosed is a supplying device of fixed colorants volume for a colorant dispenser. The supply device includes: a colorant source; a cylinder body having multiple piston cylinders arranged around a circumferential direction thereof; a swashplate having an oblique surface and arranged substantially coaxially with the cylinder body; multiple piston mechanisms, where each piston mechanism includes a piston rod and a piston connected to the piston rod, the piston rod has a rolling abutment structure abutting against the oblique surface, and the piston is constructed to be capable of making a stroke movement in the corresponding piston cylinder by means of rotation of the swashplate; an actuator for actuating the swashplate; a controller operatively connected to the actuator to control the amount of rotation of the swashplate; and an outlet for dispensing a colorant. Preferably, the supply device further includes an axial reset mechanism and a circumferential reset mechanism.
