摘要: A movable body that has a cylinder and a valve apparatus is accommodated inside an accommodating chamber of a pump body so as to cover a discharging orifice. A piston sucks a fluid into the movable body, and discharges the fluid from inside the movable body to the discharging orifice by being slid reciprocally through a piston sliding aperture of the cylinder. A relieving passage that communicates between a suction volume space of the accommodating chamber and the discharging orifice is formed between an inner surface of the accommodating chamber and the movable body by the movable body moving away from the discharging orifice in opposition to a force from a forcing body.

摘要: A fluid flow control system for moving a load positioning member which system utilizes a closed hydraulic system of predetermined capacity including a reservoir. A continuously running fixed displacement pump means having inlet and outlet ports is connected to receive fluid from the reservoir and to transmit the fluid to the load positioning means. Control valve means is disposed to control the amount of fluid flow to the pump means and to direct the flow from the pump means to the load positioning member. Control means is connected to the control valve means to position the control valve means responsive to received signals to properly position the valve means respective to the inlet and outlet ports of the pump means thereby to effect the desired rate of flow. There may be also included make-up valve means between the reservoir and the intake port of the pump means, relief valve means between the output port of the pump means and the reservoir, as well as shut-off valve means responsive to discrepancy in compared signals within the control means of the system for eliminating control of the load positioning member by a particular pump means and control valve means associated therewith.

摘要: An axial piston pump having flapper valves on the inlet ports and a continuous flexible ring member providing valving for the outlet ports. The ring member has an elastic sealing surface adjacent to the outlet ports to prevent reverse flow from the pump outlet to the cylinder bores. The ring member is deflected away from the outlet ports when the cylinder bores are pressurized. The deflection of the ring member varies with the amount of fluid flow from the cylinder. Since the amount of fluid flow from a single cylinder in this type of pump is sinusoidal, the outer edge deflection of the ring member is in the form of a sine wave. The ring member also seals the outlet ports to prevent back-flow through the pump when the input shaft is not being driven.
