Abstract:
A closing body allows closing and opening an access opening or a passage of a room in case of a pressure difference between an interior and exterior of the room. A closing fitting set and a door leaf are disclosed, by means of which closing fitting set and door leaf a closing body can be formed. The closing body is in the form of a pivotable door, a pivotable window or a pivotable flap. A valve device is provided on the closing body, which valve device effects a temporary pressure equalization during the opening or closing of the closing body. The valve device is in the form of a valve flap, and a release mechanism is provided, which opens the valve device. A locking fitting is provided for the closing body, and the release mechanism is coupled, for actuation, to the locking fitting of the closing body.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of mechanical manufacturing technology, relating to a locking device. The locking device comprise a casing with a first end and a second end; a hole is formed on the first end, and the second end has an opening; a rod is provided within the casing; and a fastener is provided on the end portion of the rod outside the casing; a raised member located outside the casing is provided at a second end portion of the rod, the raised member having a diameter greater than a diameter of the opening and a gap being formed between the raised member and the casing; a spring is sleeved on the rod, and a first shaft is provided at the second end portion. An opening and closing mechanism having the locking device is further provided for the opening or closing of a fairing.
Abstract:
A device may limit opening of a sash hingedly coupled to a master frame, and includes: a bracket attached to the sash; a first arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the bracket; a second arm having a first end pivotally coupled to the first arm's second end; means for biasing the second arm into a retracted position; and a release assembly. The release assembly is secured to the master frame and includes a hook pivotable between a first position and a second position, which, in the first position, may be releasably received in an opening in the second end of the second arm when the second arm is in the retracted position, as the sash is closed and received within the master window frame The second arm is disengaged from the hook, permitting full opening of the sash, when the hook is pivoted into the second position.

Abstract:
An apparatus for use with an overhead garage door includes an extensible screen that is provided in a screen assembly that is embedded within opening provided in a garage floor. A pair of horizontal and vertical recesses are provided on opposite sides of the opening to secure the screen assembly within the opening. The screen is wound on a spring-biased center roller disposed in a cylinder of the screen assembly. A top of the screen is secured to a strip. A pair of angled plates are disposed on opposite sides of the strip and are hingedly attached to the cylinder. When the garage door is lowered and extension of the screen is desired, a pair of pivot assemblies provided on the door bottom engage with the strip. As the door is raised, the strip and screen are extended from the screen assembly to cover an opening into the garage.
Abstract:
A main support frame is formed from sections of a plastic extrusion and has opposite side portions with peripheral recesses receiving an inner sash unit and outer sash unit each having a frame formed from sections of a plastic extrusion and supporting an insulated glass unit. Hinges support the dual sash units for pivotal movement between open and closed positions, and gear connected telescopic link members connect the main frame to the sash frames for simultaneous movement. A lock system includes a handle on the inner sash unit for moving straps with studs on the sash frames through a connector mechanism mounted on the main frame for simultaneously locking and releasing both sash units and for releasing only the inner sash unit. A screen and/or mini-blind may be supported between the sash units, and the window system with dual sash units may be constructed in various forms.
Abstract:
A shelter includes: a shelter framework including (a) first and second frames, and (b) a plurality of purlin members, each purlin member interposing between the first frame and the second frame; a cover positioned over the shelter framework; a doorcase, secured to and positioned within the first frame, having a central portion, a first side portion and a second side portion, the central portion having an upper section that includes tracks on each side; a center door, extending from a top of the central portion of the doorcase to a bottom of the central portion of the doorcase, having a sliding structure on each side edge; and a first and a second door, each extending from the top of the corresponding side portion of the doorcase to the bottom of the corresponding side portion of the doorcase, the side doors being positioned on opposing sides of the center door, each side door including a track on the side adjacent the center door. When the center door is closed, the sliding structure is positioned within the tracks of the upper portion of the doorcase and the tracks of the side door.
Abstract:
A knob extender for a knob of a horizontal tilt window guide assembly is provided. A rigid body has a proximal portion with an axial clear hole of a size sufficient to insert the knob in tight fitment. The knob is pivotally coupled to a lower end of a angular support arm for selectively engaging the lower end into a predetermined guide slot position of a horizontal tilt window guide. A travel limiting stop is positioned between the proximal and distal portions at a predetermined position so as to limit an axial distance of insertion travel of the knob within the clear hole so that a proximal face of the body is retained in a spaced relationship away from an interior surface of a front wall of a window frame while operating the knob extender to adjustably position the horizontal tilt window with respect to the predetermined guide slot.
Abstract:
The present invention provides an integrated rolling curtain window. The integrated rolling curtain window of the invention includes a profile window. The integrated rolling curtain window further comprises a rolling curtain assembly having a window curtain cover assembly mounted on the top of the profile window, two windproof rails positioned on the front surface of both sides of the profile window, a first connection piece for removably mounting the window curtain cover assembly to the top of the profile window and a second connection piece for removably connecting the said two windproof rails to the front surface of both sides of the profile window respectively. The window curtain cover assembly has a curtain cloth component which could be rolled out and in, and both sides of the curtain cloth component move within the said two windproof rails respectively when the curtain cloth component is rolled out.
Abstract:
A window screen system including two main parts, namely, a reinforced window frame and a combined window and a force resistant flex screen system or assembly. The window frame has at least one forward and one reward vertical slot capable of receiving the combined window and flex screen. The frame is securable to a structure and extends thereinto providing for easy removal of the systems received in the vertical slots. The screen system is formed of a mesh flex screen material. Winding rods, with teeth extending therefrom, line each edge of the flex screen and engage the screen material rotatably secure the screen with the teeth. Each juncture of the winding rods is secured by a corner cap. The flex screen system is sealed with a polymer seal about the winding rods. A screen cap is securely placed along the top edge and secured by the polymer seal.
