    Abstract: The present discloses an automatically locked retractable protective door sill, including a retractable curtain assembly, a scroll assembly, an upper fixing base and a lower fixing base, a dial mechanism and a locking mechanism are arranged in the upper fixing base, the locking mechanism includes a hydraulic rod capable of retracting at a fixed time, and the hydraulic rod is connected to the dial mechanism; the sliding base is connected to the hydraulic rod, and the hydraulic rod drives the sliding base and drives the linkage base to reset automatically, so the automatic locking of the locking mechanism is achieved, and then the scroll assembly is locked. The whole device has a simpler structure and more convenient operation, the dial button may be manually pushed to return for locking after not reaching the set time, so as to prevent children opening the door sill during an automatic locking process.

    Abstract: An overhead door apparatus that is configured to be placed across an opening of a structure wherein the present invention will be adjacent the bottom edge of an overhead door secured to the opening when the overhead door is in a closed position. The present invention includes a body that is elongated in shape. The body includes an integrally formed first segment and second segment that are operable to create a cavity when the body is placed on the ground. Contiguously formed with the body are wing members wherein the wing members extend outward from the body and are configured to have a fastener journaled therethrough. The cavity of the body is configured to have the heating element of the present invention disposed therein wherein the heating element is substantially the length of the body. The body is manufactured from metal so as to conduct heat from the heating element.

    Abstract: A safety gate has a first post assembly, a spinning mechanism, a cover body, and a positioning mechanism. The spinning mechanism is rotatably mounted in the first post assembly. The cover body has an edge mounted in the spinning mechanism. The gate body is wound around and is pulled out from the spinning mechanism to spin the spinning mechanism. The positioning mechanism has a knob and a positioning mount.     Abstract: A retrofitable retractable screen system for use with windows or doors. Instead of using a spring based tensioning arrangements to rewind the screen onto the roller assembly, the arrangement uses a pulley located on the spindle, around which is wrapped a cord. A guide assembly guides the cord around a tension adjustment arrangement that adjusts the tension in the cord as the screen is wound and unwound from the spindle to provide a smooth mechanism to extend and retract the screen. When the screen is extended, pushing the edge of the screen to force retraction of the screen is translated into a pulling action on the cord to unwind the cord off a pulley, which drives rotation of the spindle to wind the screen back on. Conversely, pulling the distal edge to extend the screen rotates the spindle and pulley to wind the cord back onto the pulley.

    Abstract: The present invention concerns a motorized door for closing an area (3) at least partially defined by a frame, said Motorized door comprising: (A) a motorized driving mechanism (10) for moving a shutter between an open position (z=1) and a closed position (z=0) in a first direction (α) to close said area defined within said frame and in a second direction (β) to open said area; (B) a detection cell (5, 6) suitable for detecting an accidental event (e1), during the motion of the shutter. The motorized door further comprises a processing unit programmed to trigger a wind related safety function avoiding the yo-yo effect in case strong winds triggered the erroneous detection of an accidental event by the detection cell, said wind related safety function comprising the following steps: (C) a processing unit (CPU): (a) stop the movement of the shutter in the first direction (α), and reverse said movement into the second direction (β) and, after a brief reverse time, Δt, of the order of 0.8 to 3.0 s, (b) stop said movement in the second direction (β) and reverse the movement back into the first direction (α) towards the closed position (z=0) of the shutter.
