摘要: [Problem] An object of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane elastic fiber with excellent textile properties and textile property stability over time by including in the polyurethane elastic fiber a specific polyurethane having in the molecular structure a salt structure in which specific functional groups are ionically bonded to each other, and to provide a method for producing such a polyurethane elastic fiber. Another object of the present invention is to provide a polyurethane elastic fiber that allows for easier inventory control and processing condition management of fibers when used, and that can be used to obtain fabrics with stable fabric properties and fabric quality, and to provide a method for producing such a polyurethane elastic fiber. [Solution] A polyurethane elastic fiber comprising polyurethane A and additive B below. Polyurethane A: A polyurethane using as starting materials a polymer diol, a diisocyanate, and a chain extender, and not having a tertiary amine in the skeleton. Additive B: A polyurethane or polyurea using as starting materials a diol and/or a diamine and a diisocyanate, and having a tertiary amine nitrogen bonded only to a non-aromatic carbon in the skeleton, the tertiary amine nitrogen bonding ionically to a sulfonic acid compound to form a sulfonic acid amine.

摘要: A thermoplastic polyurethane resin suitable for melt spinning is formed from a reaction mixture via a polymerization reaction. The reaction mixture includes an isocyanate component and a polyol component. The polyol component includes a first polyol that has a first number average molecular weight and a second polyol that has a second number average molecular weight. The first number average molecular weight is between 1,000 g/mol and 1,500 g/mol, and the second number average molecular weight is between 2,500 g/mol and 3,000 g/mol. One resin component formed by the first polyol via the polymerization reaction is defined as a low melting point segment and correspondingly has a first melting point between 170° C. and 185° C. Another resin component formed by the second polyol via the polymerization reaction is defined as a high melting point segment and correspondingly has a second melting point between 195° C. and 210° C.

摘要: A method for producing a polyurethane elastic fiber according to the present invention contains the steps of: [1] producing a polyurethane urea polymer (A) having a number average molecular weight ranging from 12,000 to 50,000, and represented by general formula (1); [2] preparing a spinning dope by adding the polyurethane urea polymer (A) to a polyurethane urea polymer (B); and [3] spinning a polyurethane elastic fiber using the spinning dope. In the formula, R1 and R2 are an alkyl group or a hydroxyalkyl group, R3 is an alkylene group, a polyethyleneoxy group or a polypropyleneoxy group, R4 is a diisocyanate residue, X is a urethane bond or a urea bond, R5 and R6 are a diisocyanate residue, P is a diol residue, Q is a diamine residue, UT is a urethane bond, UA is a urea bond, each of k, 1, m and n is 0 or a positive number.

摘要: An elastic fiber of the present invention having an elastic fiber treatment agent attached to the fiber surface, comprises: a hydrocarbon resin (A) having a structure in which a polymer including a structural unit whose monomer is at least one selected from aromatic olefins and aliphatic diolefins as the main structural unit is partially or fully hydrogenated; and a hydrocarbon oil (B). In this way, an elastic fiber and a fiber structure comprising the same are provided that are suitable for obtaining an elastic sheet that has excellent elastic fiber unraveling properties and adhesiveness to hot melt adhesives, and that exhibits good adhesiveness even when processed at a high draft, and for obtaining a sanitary product that is soft to the touch.

摘要: The present invention provides a resin for thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) yarn using nanosilica and a method for manufacturing the same. Nanosilica having a particle size of 100 nm or less is added as a thickening agent for improving productivity and glossiness of TPU yarns, such as mono-filament TPU yarns having a denier count of 50 to 350 or multi-filament TPU yarns having a denier count of 50 or less. No TPU coating is needed for applying to the surface of polyester or nylon yarns, thereby securing desired workability and properties and realizing continuous drawing of TPU yarns without thread breakage. The content of nanosilica at least from 0.1 or 0.3 to 7 phr, or a non-zero content of 7 phr or less in TPU resin is optimal for productivity of mono- or multi-filament yarns. The content of nanosilica from 0.5 to 1.5 phr is optimum for both productivity and cost reduction.
