摘要: A continuous-type inkjet ink composition includes a polyvinyl butyral resin (Resin 1) and a rosin ester resin (Resin 2), and organic solvents, wherein the content of Resin 1 in the inkjet ink composition is 1.0 to 8.0 percent by mass, and the content ratio of Resin 1 and Resin 2 satisfies “Resin 1:Resin 2=20:1 to 10:8” based on ratio by mass, and the total quantity of organic solvents regulated by industrial health and safety regulation is 5 percent by mass or less in the inkjet ink composition. The composition demonstrates excellent discharge stability and jetting property as well as excellent adhesion to various types of base printing materials including polyolefin films with no surface treatment.

摘要: The present invention provides a printing ink or coating composition comprising a self-crosslinking acrylic polymer and a silicone emulsion wherein the self-crosslinking acrylic polymer has a minimum film forming temperature of less than 25° C. Furthermore, the present invention also provides a process for preparing a coated substrate, in particular a polyboard substrate, and an article made from the coated substrate, such as a milk or juice carton.

摘要: This invention is directed to a method of a radiation induced printing comprising the following steps: printing a printing ink comprising effect pigments on an ink carrier, which is optically transparent at a certain wavelength; followed by irradiating the ink carrier by means of an energy-emitting apparatus emitting energy in the form of electromagnetic waves, wherein the printing ink absorbs energy of the electromagnetic waves and undergoes a change in volume and/or position causing a transfer of droplets of the printing ink from the ink carrier to an imprinting material, wherein the printing ink comprises an effect pigment mixture containing flaky pearlescent pigments and flaky metal effect pigments.

摘要: Particles each having a sinterable core and a polymeric coating on at least a part of the core, wherein the polymeric coating includes a polymer that can be removed via decomposition by heat, catalytically or by solvent treatment, and wherein the polymeric coating is present in an amount of 0.10 to 3.00% by weight, relative to the total weight of the particles, as well as the use of these particles in an additive manufacturing process such as a powder bed and inkjet head 3D printing process. The particles and the process are able to provide a green part having improved strength and are thus suitable for the production of delicate structures which require a high green strength in order to minimize the risk of structural damage during green part handling.

摘要: A recording method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is a recording method to perform recording on a recording medium in a manner such that while a relative position between an ink jet head and the recording medium is transferred, a scan to eject an ink from the ink jet head so as to be adhered to the recording medium is performed a plurality of times for the recording. The method described above includes a step of adhering a treatment liquid containing an aggregating agent to the recording medium; a step of ejecting a color ink composition containing a colorant from the ink jet head so as to be adhered to the recording medium; and a step of ejecting a clear ink composition containing a resin from the ink jet head so as to be adhered to the recording medium. In the recording method described above, the color ink composition is adhered to the same scan region by performing the scan at least two times, the clear ink composition is adhered by the same scan as a final scan of the at least two scans to a scan region of the recording medium to which the color ink composition is adhered, and an adhesion amount of the clear ink composition adhered by the final scan in the region to which the color ink composition and the clear ink composition are adhered is 80 percent by mass or more of a total adhesion amount of the clear ink composition in the region.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a conductive ink or a conductive paste having highly conductive property and excellent low-temperature sinterability. One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a conductive ink or a conductive paste containing metal nanoparticles, a water or a hydrophilic solvent having a vapor pressure of 10 hPa or more, and an additive solvent. A distance Ra between a Hansen solubility parameter of the metal nanoparticles and a Hansen solubility parameter of the additive solvent is in a range of from 2.5 to 13. A distance Rb between a Hansen solubility parameter of the water or the hydrophilic solvent and the Hansen solubility parameter of the additive solvent is 35 or less. Another aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method for producing the conductive ink or the conductive paste, and a method for selecting the additive solvent contained in the conductive ink or the conductive paste.

摘要: A resin syringe includes: a syringe body made of polyolefin, and a printing layer having a shape that extends in a band around an outer surface of the syringe body. The printing layer comprises components including chlorinated polypropylene having a degree of chlorination in a range of 15 to 30%, a colorant, and a filler. A plurality of recessed portions is formed in the outer surface of the syringe body on which the printing layer is printed and the recessed portions form a shape that extends in a band around the outer surface of the syringe body and that is entirely covered by the printing layer. Each of the recessed portions has a depth of 50 nm or more and less than 1 μm and a width of 50 nm or more and less than 1 μm and is filled with at least one of the components of the printing layer.
